This is just your typical McDonald's, but I will say this at the crew for the most part during the day is very very capable and friendly. The evening, of course, being some younger people don't seem to have the work ethic of the day people, but they do a pretty good job

It took forever to get someone to notice my family was in the lobby waiting to have an order placed. They made my 3yr olds ice cream cone slanted and he dropped it on the ground right after he tried to take a bite and they made us purchase another cone even though he didn't even try the first.
Im here visiting, with my aunt, for the ISD homecoming events. We've eaten at this place twice (it's her favorite) and both times our order was correct, it was delivered quickly, and im excited to say this was my first time buying a mcdouble, that had its entire contents between the buns.

Placed an order from the app waited for 10 mins for food to come out never did so I call the number manager proceeds to tell me that I must have canceled the order and that I needed to re order and pay for the food I already paid for agin and then tells me I’ll receive a refund for the first charge in 3-5 hours 7 hours later no refund so I look on app at the questions and answers and it clearly says you can not cancel an order so there’s no way I canceled this order she’s telling me I canceled also says for any order issues or refunds to contact the store the order was placed at so I call McDonald’s again to ask them about my refund this guy “manager” tells me there’s nothing he can do and that i have to go through the app but the app says to go through the store which is what I tell this guy over and over again needless to say I got no where with this dude also refused to replace the order even after I told him I have both receipts from literally 10 mins apart so I guess I’m just donating money just for the fun of it also couldn’t even help me with a number to call that could possibly help me, nothing, he was completely and utterly useless so heads up be careful ordering from the app
