You have a time limit of 30 minutes posted on door. Well when it takes 30 minutes to get the order obviously you aren't gonna be done and also paying customers with the expensive food you serve are allowed whatever time it takes to eat!

Ordered 2 combo meals and didn't receive straws for the drinks. The window RAT argued and said they were in the bag, which they clearly weren't. The window was slammed so I put the car in park at the drive thru. The window RAT eventually opened the window after honking my horn and threw 2 straws at us quite aggressively. At that point I was able to tell her what I thought of her professionalism.

They couldn't hear through the speaker, drive up to the window. Ordered a bacon quarter pound meal and 4 apple pies. They gave me a spicy chicken sandwich instead and 2 apple pies. 20$ order for that.
