Are they even open any more?Due to my work hours, I usually show up in the first or last hour they're open, and the last three times there's been nobody there. Sign off, no cars around at all. At this point, I'm going to have to just assume they're closed for good, and go elsewhere.

I went in there the other day it smelled so bad like weed and I’m allergic to it so I know what it smells like ,waited for at least 10 minutes before somebody came around the corner because they were all in the back. That’s very terrible when you have people waiting to get served, and there was more than just me waiting for their help and they were all in the back that’s not very good and they were all young kids that were working that night

The children here are so unprofessional. They are stinking the store with weed smoke. It was so awful I didn't want my pizza! What has this town turn into. This place use to be the best place to get your pizza go home and cook with your children and relax! Now its run by children just sad I give props to the two older gals that helped me treated me like a human being! Kids these days.

So I ordered pizza and cinnamon monkey bread. Pizza was good , monkey bread was disappointing. Instructions say it includes sour cream cheese frosting. Ours didn’t come with any . Very misleading and disappointing. Won’t get those again. The frosting would have made this dessert work.

Service was TERRIBLE. Waited 30 minutes for two UNBAKED pizzas and one was wrong. Three guys working and they acted like they were in slow motion. One even wiped his nose making a pizza.

Ordered 2 pizzas. One was a mistake and was told that they were going to remake the pizza. People that ordered after me got there pizza. Had to ask multiple time about my pizza. Had to wait 40 minutes. Not very
I went to the one on Madison Ave. When I arrived there was one person there waiting on her order. I ordered what I wanted and sat down. Two people came in behind me.They paid and began their wait. I waited for 25 minutes and the two people who came in behind me got their orders and left.I ask the man behind the counter to give me my money back. He said they were getting ready to make mine now. I told him that I was there before to two came in. Again I told him I wanted my money back. He said I would have to wait until tomorrow. I told I wasn’t going to do that. He said only the manager could open the register for a refund. I told him to call the manager and give me back the cash I gave him. He got the manager and was able to get my money back.I don’t mind waiting, but if I have to wait because of people that came in behind me, that’s unacceptable.

As far as I'm concerned, this is the best pizza in a 500 mi radius HANDS DOWN. Yes you have to take it home and cook it, no problem. But let me tell you, the way this inflation is going, the other pizza places are getting greedy, I dont care where you go, they're cutting back on toppings and raising prices, ALL PIZZA PLACES. I love pizza, so I've been to alot of places, nope, not going back to pizza hut, domino's etc. Higher cost, less quality than back in the day. At least papa Murphy prices has maintained affordable for the family for last 10+yrs. Everybody else is all about the paycheck, and their service sucks. I personally recommend papa murphys is the only peaceful way to go and you'll be satisfied.

I've tried ordering the gourmet vegetation pizza twice and both times they have added chicken. I ordered vegetarian for a reason...Vegetarian options: DO NOT ORDER IF YOU ARE ACTUALLY A VEGETARIAN
