Usually pretty good service and delivery drivers. Manager is good about contacting when out of stock or something like that. However, it seems like everytime I order from here, they're always out of stock on most crusts. The one on Broadway seems to be okay with stock, but this one is closer to me. That's really my only complaint. They always seem to be out of stock of a lot of things even before they close. Or their crust goes bad that they wouldn't serve it (which is totally understandable). Other than that, I have been happy with everything else.

One pizza ordered had clearly been sitting for an extended period of time, received portion of order that was wrong, and found a hair in boneless wings. Rude to the point it was blatant when picking up to go order, didn’t even bother complaining- will just never go again. Pizza Hut should be ashamed to have their name associated with this location.My review stands. This is not new behavior from this location, it is a pattern. There is even chats about it on social media “Council Bluffs” pages. Do better for your future customers.

Before coming to the location physically, We tried to order online with different phones and laptops, but at the time to pay it never allowed to place the order. So we drove to this location and tell them that the online orders were not working, so we cannot use the “deals” they offer online. I’m not sure if this was an isolated issue or it happened constantly so that you pay full attention the location.The order online was a total of $28 tax and tip included, and we ended paying $60 at the location for the same menu items.

Can’t give zero stars unfortunately. How do you “sell out of a crust or pizza size” as a pizza restaurant? Didn’t even get to order!

This is about the fourth time I have ordered pizza from them and they tell me it'll be 30 minutes. I'll call 45 minutes later and they tell me they're trying to get ahold of a doordash driver to deliver it. It hasn't even been sent out yet I cancelled I am so done with Pizza Hut!!!

Ordered my pizza at 6:37 PM did not arrive till 8:47 PM did not have my plates. My pop seasoning, everything I'm supposed to go with. It paid extra to have it done. And I only live 2 miles away but I have a broken foot input. Supposed to be real quick, fast. And it cost me $30. I'll never order there again.
