4.16.2024 Excellent customer service! A barista made a simple mistake—they forgot to add the sweetener to my trenta cold brew. It was the end of their day; it happens, nbd. Unexpectedly they took very good care of me and my satisfaction was well exceeded on this visit.

All the staff are great and friendly! Everyone of them is polite and helpful. I find the environment conducive for study and work when I throw my headphones on. Big thanks to the Starbucks staff at this location. Best. -

Was very excited to try out new drink my partner and I saw on tik tok. Was treated very rude because MATT didn’t know what Cali style was and continued to belittle my partner and I saying well we’re in IOWA, then continued to cut my partner off and treated us horribly. 10/10 won’t go back. Was greeted at the window by a young woman who said she was a manager and we let her know about these actions of Matt and his sassy little attitude, she says she will talk to Matt about it. Scooters is much nicer, and way way way more polite.

Edited review after four years to update and better reflect current experience.The kindest and fastest drive thru Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The drive thru is a little weird because of the small lot, but that’s Broadway. Highly recommend this location!

Don't know how to make a coffee ? ? go inside to order incase they mess it up so you don't have to circle the drive thru and you can actually see them make it.

Half cup of ice, ordered a coffee yet it tastes like ice water. Not even sweet (had 3 pumps of vanilla on instructions) yet not added. Kinda gross since it has cold foam on it but not flavored. Just all around bad. Unfortunately they also forgot to put the topping on so it adds to lack of flavor. The food at all starbucks come pre-made/packaged so it is the quality of the frozen section at a grocery store?. Geez just go to Dunkin, at least their food is good.
