I’ve gone to this Taco Bell for years since it’s the closest to my house. I don’t leave reviews on places ever, but this location is the worst. I am not sure who is in charge of ordering the ingredients but whoever it is needs to be fired. I haven’t gone there in the past 6 months without them missing 2 or more ingredients so they are unable to make the food yet every other one in town has no problem. It is ridiculous, I can understand a couple of times but in the past couple years it has been absolutely ridiculous. The fact that corporate has done nothing about the operation of this location is honestly amusing at this point

Now that you can order on line if they see you standing there they don't even bother to ask you if you need help .
Rude employees ordered delivery on the app got told to call door dash and got hung up on was missing 4 burritos and never got them replaced called another store to get regionals number and got hung up on there after being told they have no contact info for the other

Told me that all items were in my bag and the forgot the most basic item on the list. After going back to get it they horribly packaged my cheesy rollup and the wrapper was literally tearing my tortilla apart. Horrible people. Horrible service.

I placed an order via the Tacobell app. I pulled up to the drive through. I received my order, it was exactly as I had ordered, including the no tomatoes, and all the packets of sauce. I was impressed. My food was hot and delicious. It's nice when things work as they should. Good job to this locations staff.
