atmosphere is actually relaxing. Food is really good. I suggest the breakfast burrito or burrito bowl. The staff also are excellent.

I ordered 1 drink and the 6 people behind me that ordered got their food and drinks and left before someone asked what it was that i was waiting on, they forgot to make it so they started to make it but yet a girl said they are just finishing it even though it hadnt even been started to be made. No apology was given.

I did drive thru. It was a different experience compared to what I'm used to. There's no menu with a speaker to order at. They have a drive thru door instead and hand menus. This pic is from the drive thru. Love the art. I think this place strives more inside customers though. Still a pretty cool place! I got a iced mocha/bourbon latte. Pretty tasty!

I LOVE the downtown location but unfortunately the Utica location disappoints. The menu is didferent than the downtown location when you go in so I wanted to pull up the menu just to double check what I like is offered there. There wasn't a line but the dirty blonde barista was glaring at me to order so rather than looking it up, I just asked whether or not they had a coffee item and she gave me so much attitude. I'm a service manager so it pains me to leave bad reviews be cause I know the heart dropping it can cause when you believe in your team ... but the experience was so dis heartening because of her and I felt so awkward sitting their waiting for my food and coffee.
Very good iced vanilla latte. Would go back to try more. No seasonal menu at the time we went.

Absolute favorite coffee spot in the QC. The salted caramel latte is to die for! The food always tastes fresh. Comfortable environment to dine in, eat outside on the patio, or take to go. Service is always 10/10 the staff is incredibly friendly and I always look forward to going.

Great coffee, friendly service, but sadly, the atmosphere was ruined by the level of cleanliness. The floor was dirty, tables were left uncleaned, and get this, there were NAIL clippings on the seat. Such a shame.

Cute place but DIRTY. food all over benches all over the floor. This was my first time here. An every chair an table was dirty like it's been dirty. Food all over the floor as if it's been there for a long time.

Drinks used to be great! But unless you get a small you cant taste flavoring because they use the same amount for each. So unless you like bland milk thats your place. The inconsistency is real.
