A couple of problems getting our orders correct, but they were quick to take care of it. Huge disappointment was the root beer tapper has now been totally taken out. That's almost a deal breaker for us. The fountain root beer is not as good as from tap (not to us it isn't) plus this fountain root beer has some odd taste to it. Not quite sure what, but even A&W root beer from a can or plastic bottle tastes better than this fountain does. Also, no longer offered chilled mugs. What's up with that? We'll still eat here, but it will be less often. That's for sure.

The papa burger is as good as ever, and so are the onion rings. Not sure why, but the root beer always tastes SO good in the restaurant!

This used to be one of my favorite restaurants to go to. It sad me to leave a mediocre review. The last 3 times that I have been there. The food has been overcooked, it is obvious. That they are cutting back so that they don't have to increase costs. However, proportions have gotten smaller by the price. Still continues to go up. The staff would rather be doing something else rather than their job in being. Serviceable? In the hospitality industry. Half of the time the drive through speaker doesn't work. I'll be looking for a new favorite.

It has been years since we have been here. It has been renovated . Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean and well lit. Really enjoyed the fish and chicken and will return more regularly.

Food was so so on the A&W part, wife said her long Johns was good. Our major issue was the girl taking our order. 3 times we said 2 large root beers. She gave us one small drink, wife said we ordered 2 large. She doesn't take the small back and then charges us for 2 large without removing the small. Oh and while my wife was telling the girl about the drinks she had the balls to roll her eyes. I don't care if you're having a bad day. Working in customer service you don't ack like a little brat. It was the brat that was taking order through the headset. Never going back... ever

I went last Saturday and there was only one person working. I was ordering and the woman asked me what an item was on the menu like it was me who worked there. She seemed clueless took 10 mins to take our order no other cars in sight. Then it took another 10 minutes to get the food just to find out it was all wrong. Went back thru the drive thru she didn't question anything told me she never dropped my cheese curds so would now but didn't mind charging me for them. My burgers were supposed to be plain had everything on them even the kids. There was NOTHING for kids to drink other than soda even tho the menu said "motts" I ordered that and she said "now what is that" please educate ur workers more. I'll never be back to this location again and make sure I spread the word about the incompetence working

Won't be visiting this location again. Took over 30mins to get our food after we watched it sit in the window for a good 5mins just sitting there. Not the most professional staff either they were rather rude

Good food. They are no longer advertising their 2 for $6 Double Cheeseburger special which used to be 2 for $5. My husband & children really like the sandwiches. Now you have to ask for the 2 for $6 prior to ordering. It's been a special for a while now so most are used to just ordering it without asking for the price. FYI ask before ordering or they will charge full price and when you say " so you dont have the special anymore" they'll say yes but you didnt ask for it so we have to charge you the full price. Why would you ask when you were not informed you have to. This is an example of poor customer service.
