Food and service has always been very good. Carpet in the dining area is soiled to the point that it needs to be replaced or deep-cleaned at the very least. There is currently no way to dine in at this store without accumulating grease on shoes.
This is my favorite place to grab food in the QC. The food is always fresh, accurately made to order & worth the wait for a few minutes. The staff is always friendly too. This Arby’s never lets me down!!

Came in for a interview. Felt like I was judged as soon as I walked In. I'm lgbtq, or to be more defined I'm what you call a stud. Never ate at Arby's before but arbys is nearby my place of residence and I need a job. Also I always wanted to try their food just never did, thought this would be a good opportunity to try and work here. Went in for an interview the assistant manager barely gave me the time of day. Asked why I wanted to work for arbys to start out. That was the first question... Okay that's fine answered that. Told him I had relevant experience in working in a fast paced environment bc I worked at taco bell for 3 years and was management before I moved here. Tell me why he asked me 2 more questions and said they a get a hold of me by end of week if I got it. Im not writing this review bc I ain't get the job. This was just stepping stone to get back into management. I'm writing this review bc I felt judged by my appearance rather than the qualifications for the job itself. Crazy I just recently took an Uber located there. Assistant manager was located in front and he asked 'can I help u with something ' seemed like he was wondering why I was back so soon. When someone walks in Arby's does he always approach people like that? THIS SOUNDS BETTER! WELCOME TO ARBYS WHAT COULD I GET FOR YOU TODAYYYY!? Ps- WHOLE STORE SMELLS LIKE SOMETHING DIED UNDER THE FRYER. DO BETTAAAAA!!

If there were negative stars, I'd go to the bottom of the list. Spent 15 minutes arguing with the self-proclaimed owner and the guy at the register about whether or not my order had been placed. I gave them all the information about my order, and they said they hadn't received it. My fiancé then comes in showing them the same order confirmation I showed them 3 times, and suddenly the order had been sitting there the whole time. Then, checked my order because I had a feeling they'd mess it up, and they did. We ordered two large curly fries, and one of them was the crinkle fries, and the other was not in the bag. I also ordered BBQ wings, and the wings were buffalo. Summary: I won't be coming back to this Arby's or any Arby's ever again. Why would i when there's far more prestigious establishments like McDonalds, or more seriously, Raising Cane's. For real, I will only be getting fast food from Raising Cane's from now on.

I went through the drive through and ordered a Smoked Brisket Meal! The service was exemplary! The atmosphere was most welcoming with smiling workers ready to give the very best service to each customer. I ordered my drink without ice since I am waiting to go to the dentist, and they were most gracious about it. I felt like I was in a 5 star drive-thru and that they were totally concerned about my meal! I will be returning often! Oh and the food was spectacular!!!Wheelchair accessibility: AvailableDietary restrictions: I had to request NO ICE in my soda and they were most accommodating!
