“The La Flama team is great. My family and I love their food. I'm blessed that the food truck is in my work's parking lot during the summer. So when I was throwing my wife a birthday party I knew who I wanted to cater it, La Flama!!! Everyone loved the nachos. They delivered it and everything was tasty, like normal. “atomisohere 4 due to music being loud right over our booth which could not be heard at the other side of restaurant..service was great for taking orders and money and handing us things at the register. the worker brought our food to us at our booth as it was just made.food gets only a 4 of 5 stars due to we both ordered the taco salad..It had beans and almost no meat except for a few small traces of hamburger. the bean meat mixture was at the bottom.we were both hungry so the food went fast and taste was impressive and also did fill us upthe quality overall for the price was great for a salad.“
“I am pleased with how everything worked out with Debord Catering for my wedding that was 2 weeks ago. My husband knew Collin from the past and things were already hitting off from the start. I'm glad that we did business with this place because it was so reasonable with what we were looking for and needed! I'm also glad there was a variety to choose from, and that we were able to sample what we picked before making the final decision of what food we'd have at our venue. The staff was AMAZING at keeping things tidy and neat during our dinner time at the reception. Our food was packed away nicely and saved us from so much stress. “I had a great experience from the beginning to the end. I first called and explained that I was throwing a surprise party for my wife and I needed help. The young lady was nice and let me know when Amber would be working next and that she would be the best person to work with for this party. A few days later I met with Amber and she was fantastic. She helped me figure out which small desserts she thought my wife would like based on my responses to her leading questions. And she was patient with me when I didn't always know the answers. Once I told her the party size and my budget she really narrowed in. My wife is a foodie and loved the range of desserts. I'm very happy because my wife (and everyone else) enjoyed the desserts and I got brownie points which I'm always in need of. Thanks Small Town Pastry for making tasty treats and making it so easy.“
“My friends Ron and Sherry brought me here for a ribeye sandwich (only $7!) last Friday at lunch time. Holy Cow! (Literally!) The thinnest most tender steak, nicely seasoned and grilled on a charcoal grill, on a bun you can dress yourself in the store. Great idea and better execution. I wanted another one the next day! He also makes sausages and burgers. You just park on the street between 12 and 2 and walk up to the grill and order. Folks of all kinds are there and service is fast. On a nice day you can sit at one of the tables provided and enjoy the wonder that is this sandwich! I also noticed that they cater-- which would be a real good idea to please your guests.“
