Well this was my very first time eating there. I ordered onion rings, hamburger ,pop The hamburger had been sitting in the window because the bun was smashed and then the edges of the hamburger was just crumbling and it was hard and dry The Onion Rings were good and hot.But the sandwich was not so I will not order from there again.How could The Onion rings? Be good hot and crispy but the sandwich was not. I tell you why because it was already pre made no telling how long's been setting window. It was barely warm even the middle was barely warm and the edges were dry and crumbly. So disappointed..

Pretty yummy, little burger joint! Shakes are not great here, but the fries are some of the best I've ever had! The burgers and chicken strips were great! They did forget my son's fries so that super sucked so not real great service this time.

Ordered 2 1lb chicken bite boxes for my children. $10 each for boxes of chicken and fries and we got absolutely no fries in one box and maybe 3 fries in the other. This was after they parked us for 10 minutes so they could "make it fresh."

This location on Kimberly Rd. uses a robot-ish thing at the drive-thru for #1.You have to know exactly what you want, because it is a robot. Not going here frequently, I don't know some of the deals on their menu. The robot thing didn't answer my question, a car pulls up behind, so I feel a bit hurried now. So I ordered the $9 deal with two small sandwiches, FF and a drink. On the burger I wanted bacon on it. Pulled to the window and this is where #2 issue is. I told the worker it was difficult to order with the robot, that I had wanted bacon on my sandwich. Just as I was finishing asking about the bacon, the worker, (Kat), rudely cut me off and said can I talk now?? (Very snotty) I should've just drove off and said forget it. But I didn't. I pd $12.31 (#3 issue) for a very thin single burger (1 piece of bacon on it) and a chili dog. Sm FF and a sm drink. Definitely was very disappointed in the meal, the service, the whole experience. Won't be going here again. ( The FF & Hi-C, even though sm, was good.)
