I’ve been here 3 times since renovation and every time there have only been a couple of cars ahead of me in drive thru yet for some reason I have waited in line for a minimum of 30 min. Today I ate my entire meal in line waiting to get out. You have consistently failed to be fast food. Hypothetically if Jesus had asked the Roman’s for his last meal to be from this location the dude woulda bled out and died before he got his meal.

I love Chick-fil-A, but they have become so popular. I find that I don't go as often as I would like. Last time I went I was in the drive through line for 35 minutes.
So you close to build a better drive thru process??? Exactly when does this take place??? It's worse!!! Slower!!! The drive thru lines are unorganized at best. Quality of food is below average. Cost must be to pay for the drive thru and also the cost of the drive thru. Pathetic.

This was the worst Chick-fil-A experience I have had. I have two kids that work at Chick-fil-A and needless to say we have been to MANY Chick-fil-A restaurants over the years. We made a mobile carryout order on our way through town and after the app notified us that our food was ready I proceeded to wait inside for another 10 minutes at which point I was eventually told that they didn't have spicy chicken for the salad. After suggesting regular grilled chicken I waited for another 7-8 minutes at which point a very unfriendly employee just handed me our large mobile order without any napkins in the bag (I know this is petty but they clearly didn't have their stuff together as most other locations double check the bags and offer a friendly interaction). Upon driving away we realized they had completely messed up my daughter's salad and I had to drive back. Upon talking to a manger and explaining my frustration she simply had the salad remade with a basic apology. Obviously, I was expecting a higher standard in service and upon confronting them with the problems with our service and the food I was certainly expecting some sort of gesture to go along with the apology. This Chick-fil-A was just missing something on the service side that I have come to expect from Chick-fil-A. Very disappointing.

Has yo be one of the worst chick fil a I've gone too. SUPER SLOW. & I have found hair in my food the last two visits. Both have been non black hair which is my entire family. This tells me they have horrible health standards that it is happening THIS much.
