Placed an order this evening and made a mistake on it. Immediately called the store and was connected to a customer service representative. He told me the mistake could be fixed and patched me through to the store. Waited five minutes while it rang and nobody answered. When I arrived there and explained the situation the manager Adam became very hostile and rude. He said it was my fault that I couldn’t get through to them even though he admitted to not answering the call while rang continuously. Had to replace my order and pay again in order for it be fixed. Terrible costumer service.

This location is always out of fajita veggies. Every single time I go there. It doesn’t matter what time I go. Right when they open, middle of the day, or 2 hours before close. They are always “out” or haven't made them yet. Extremely frustrating.
This location is always out of ingredients. Many times they say they are saving it for online orders regardless we are there. Customer service is non existent, they just shrug their shoulders.
