My sons 6th birthday was amazing here. Without the expensive package even!Chuck E. Even came out quite a few times during noon to almost 2pm. Pizza is way better than it was before. Pops from the fountains tasted slightly off though. Tickets are pretty easy to obtain too, my kids and families were very pleased and highly entertained.Kid-friendliness: Everyone was very kid friendly and appropriate

Haven't been here in a bit, last time it smelled like dirty diapers and was filthy, walked in, walked out. Happy to say it is clean, no longer stinky, and the girls behind the counter are wonderful! Lots of fun!!

My boys always have a good time and love the games just wish there were more. What ruined my experience was the food. Ordered wings and I always snack on the celery sticks well got to my last piece and noticed what looked like dirt so I wiped my finger across it and it was. Couldn't eat anything else after that and pretty much lost my appetite. I showed the girl at the counter and she didn't seem too concerned. Fries and wings weren't very hot either.

When were we there on Jan 6th. They were short staffed. Closing the kitchen due to staff shortage. Otherwise, the staff that were working were awesome. They should be compensated for there efforts.

When I said it was OK, I mean it's not like how it was back in the day when it was called showbiz pizza. When they had the animitronics. It's kinda blah without it, I think. There are lots of games for kids to play which I like. So yea.

We came here for a birthday dinner tonight, my family hadn't been here in years, let me tell you, this is the most magical place to spend a birthday. AMAZZZING pizza, deliciously cheesy, wonderfully garlicky crust and a great drink selection. The games were fantastic and they had a games for every age group, the best game was the soccer goal guarded by Homer Simpson and the spray the duckies game!!! After we played games we enjoyed taking family pictures on the chuck e cheese truck!!! And to top it all off, the prize selection was amazing, truly great amazing and fun toys that we will cherish. The staff were super polite and helpful and the vibe was really relaxing, and very very enjoyable, the best birthday party ever!!!! The bathrooms were clean and they even had a hand sanitizer station.Absolutely love Chuck E Cheese, always will and it's just as fun as it always has been. A Q.C gem truly.

Our last 2 experiences have been extremely disappointing for my son. The one time they played the 5 minute countdown and Chuckee never came out. Our last visit we stayed for 2 hours and Chuckee didn't come out. Now I understand there were only 2 kids since it was a school day but seeing Chuckee is part of the experience, my kids favorite part for sure. I asked the worker if Chuckee would be out and it seemed pretty obvious he wouldn't. My kid continued asking me so I had him ask her, she promised he'd be out in 10 mins. 15 mins later and no Chuckee left my kid very upset. I dont see any reason they can't drag someone out every 2 hours to dance in a mouse costume for 5 mins. Maybe they should have just left the robot band up. If a kid doesn't see Chuckee while they are there, they should be offered one of the plush Chuckee dolls or something similar.

Overpriced for a kids place. Salad bar was full of hard lettuce, watered down ranch and rotten grapes. Pizza was okay, but not worth $30. For $75 your kid should get more than 1 hr to play and the cards you need to swipe you get charged for. Majority of the prizes are over priced dollar tree items. This place has gone down hill. Don't plan on visiting again.

We went here so that my 5 year old son could see his best friend who moved away over the summer. They had an amazing time, the games are reasonably priced, and the food is great!

Had a birthday party here and I reserved it online the Mega party that should have come with 2 large pizzas, and I expected 6 kids to show up but only 5 did, so they charged us for a pizza that was included in the birthday package! Plus they told me I only get medium pizzas for the party when online it says large pizzas for every birthday package and the pizza was not good at all and we waited an hour to feed the kids! The only good thing was Chucke the mouse wishing my son a Happy Birthday! Other than that it was not worth 200 dollars! I will never have a party there again!
