3rd trip in a row with a 20 minute wait for food. Staff clearly in no rush. Zero leadership presence in the restaurant. Awful customer service. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else. You won’t regret it. Rather unfortunate because this location used to be wonderful.

Very disappointing experience. I know Culver’s makes your food to order but Applebees would’ve been faster at getting food out. Only 4 tables with customers and it still took almost 30 mins to get a bacon delux combo. Didn’t get hardly any French fries or cheese curds with our order. We probably won’t be back to Culver’s.

The Mushroom Swiss burger was to die for it was so good and so was my ice cream! The girl who waited on me was so friendly and nice. I will be going back for another burger for sure!

I was traveling with my much older friend that uses a walker. This particular location did not have handicap door assist ( auto doors),I was surprised and disappointed.
The minute We All walked into Culver's We were greeted. We waited in line for a few minutes. They were BUSY but very professional. We Love it there on Kimberly Rd.Kid-friendliness: Very helpful and everyone works together helping each other.??

It seems like half the time they're closed or at least the drove through is...tried to go three separate times during open hours, and it was closed. These were not holidays or weather issues, so I'm not sure why they would have been closed.
