Worst service experience of my life.A friend and I decided to go have brunch from there based on the reviews. I ordered a medium combination with rice and beans. She ordered an omelet with onions, bell peppers, jalapenos, gravy and extra bacon with cheese. Cool. Let's start off with the margarita I ordered. I specifically asked for sugar at the top and don Julio instead of the cheap tequila that they use. When they brought my drink. No sugar at the top and you could only taste a drop of don Julio in it. Smh. (Which was a 12 up charge.) So I mentioned it to our waiter (who was somewhat kind) he said ok I can bring you a cup of sugar??♀️ so I said ok, he comes back with the sugar and I asked so how am I supposed to put the sugar on, he didnt know so he said. I can remake it for you. I said ok that's fine but can I just keep this one too and pay half of the price for the inconvenience? He came back and said No, but he can remake it. Cool. Then the food was brought to us. I ordered a soft corn shell and they brought me a hard corn shell. (Not a big deal, people make mistakes. My friend ordered jalapenos in her omelet instead they put mushrooms in it. (Which she's allergic to), Again we mentioned the issue to the waiter. He takes the food back to the back. Then Some guy in a black suit comes out (I wish I would've got his name) it may have been the owner. He has a nasty attitude and says we usually don't "modify orders but I will do this for you only once." Then he reads off everything that she wanted in the omelet for clarification cool. We agreed yes that's what we wanted in the omelet. Then I asked how is it being modified if you guys messed up our order. He just walks away. Smh. So he personally brings the second omelet. (Now this one looks completely different from the first, like they just through it together, one piece of bacon was thrown on it and chopped into 4 pieces. ( We ordered and paid for extra bacon, the cheese wasn't melted and this time there was still no jalapenos nor onions ?.My friend asked him for plastic wear just to look inside of the omelet like we were told to see the jalapenos and onions??♀️( we don't use resteraunt utensils) he replies. "We don't have any" then says ok "wait" ! Wow. ??♀️ He comes back with the fork. Instead of handing it to her. He tosses it at her. So she looks inside of the omelet (while he hovers over her food. ) still no jalapenos no onions and we were also told the extra bacon was inside of the omelet. That was a lie . At this point she didnt even want the omelet anymore. This guy starts yelling saying he's not going to "modify" the food anymore and that we still have to pay for it even though they got the order wrong AGAIN! I simply stated to him that it needs to be taken off of the bill because it's not our fault that the order was wrong for a second time smh. I also made him aware of his rudeness and with us being paid customers that we should be treated better. He just stands there and looks at me. I asked for the bill at this point I lost my appetite as well. (Meanwhile the first margarita was still sitting at the bar) smh so instead of letting me pay half price for it he'd rather throw it away. That alone showed me what type of character that man has smh. Anyways I get the bill and see that they charged me for the hard shell taco too ???♀️. Longer story shorter..I just paid the bill and left. Good food terrible customer service. I will never eat there again. They definitely do not value their customers. 0 if I could.

D’Lua is one of me and my families favorite place to visit in the Quad Cities! The atmosphere is beautiful and the food is not only delicious, but it’s extremely affordable! The Vintage Fresh Margarita is my fave and the chicken fajita omelette and birria quesadilla are superb! My sisters and I visit weekly. Highly recommend and our waitress Alexie is attentive and has excellent customer service!

Stopped in for breakfast on a Saturday morning. Service was amazing, the food was out within 15 minutes. The food was reasonably priced and pretty decent for the price. D’Lua is definitely a solid choice for breakfast.

First time here. Love their Tequlia menu. The presentation of food was great but the taste of food was mediocre at best. If given a choice, choose high top tables in bar the atmosphere is amazing with water of the Mississippi river and candle light. Will be back for the bar side not restaurant.
