Service was great. Food was piping hot fresh. Reuben was perfect.

We went in to the bar for drinks only. Chelsea was not friendly and made us wait before she acknowledged us. Took our drink order. Drinks well made. Then my husband and I witnessed a 30 minute show of Chelsea and other kitchen/wait staff arguing, complaining and being rude. They seemed to carry on like this was normal work behavior. Customers definitely are not a priority in.this establishment. Wont be back

I've been a loyal customer to Rhythm City and Draft Days since they opened their doors. I have offered numerous suggestions and been beyond patient with their downfalls over the years. At times dealing with lengthy waits for seating or food to arrive, short staffing circumstances, nobody answering the phone for ordering take-out, or not being tended to after being seated. But, this last Thursdays visit definitely was the final straw for me. Opted to watch the Women's Hawkeye basketball game and have dinner with a friend. Arrived well before closing time (~8:40-8:45pm). Seated promptly. Waited a bit for a server to take our drink order. We were ready to order everything at that point. She scurried off quickly and we didn't have the chance to order everything. Returned with the drinks about 10 min later. Then order our food. Waited about 20-25 min for food to arrive. I had about 4 bites left of my food and our waitress went around turning off the TV's. Including ours that we were actively watching. I had a lot of things I wanted to say. However, I contained my anger and said, "that was rude!" To which she replied, "we are closed!" Wow. I then informed her I wasn't even done eating. My friend even said, can we finish our food? Nope. Our waitress opted to escalate the moment and began yelling at us -WE ARE CLOSED!!! I was beyond appalled. "You're yelling at me?!?" I then said I wanted my tip back. She walked away and yelled back to me, "TAKE IT!" I couldn't take the digital tip away. I had paid for the majority of our tab with comps. The residual bill was $16. I tipped her $10. I put down the rest of my burger that was in hand, informed her she needed customer service training and left. I understand the need to close. I can understand shutting down the TV's so as to not draw more customers. I do not understand why she couldn't leave our TV on for us while we finished our final bites of food. I do not understand why a person in customer service feels it is acceptable to raise their voice and yell at a customer. It is not our fault that Draft Days is understaffed. It is not my fault the server didn't ask if we were ready to order the first time, thus allowing us more time to eat. I do not understand why a sports bar operating at a 24/7 casino would close at 10pm. Patrons have complained for years about the lack of availability for food. I know, I've listened to the complaints many times while gaming. It is disheartening to see this business continuing to depreciate. I often ask myself why I continue to return business to them when I have the opportunity to play elsewhere AND gain benefits that can be used towards trips to Vegas, etc. Get it together Rhythm City. Business is slow, and continuing to slow more and more for you. Elite players are walking away daily and you're doing nothing to correct the problems. If it's not housekeeping waking us up at 9 am when we have a late check out, it's waitresses screaming at customers. I could go on and on, but there's truly no point. Beyond disappointed, one visit after the next. Do better RC!

Love your sports bar but you change the menu too much. Please bring back the salmon and chicken carbonara!Dietary restrictions: Many times ordered salmon due to dietary restrictions but you removed it. Menu is very limited now!

Have eaten here several times, we had never tried breakfast before. Overall it was pretty good. The biscuit and gravy and the French toast was very good. The pancake is huge, I mean huge, but unfortunately it lacked any flavor or taste. It had none. Add a little vanilla, or something, IDK. The hash browns were very greasy, soggy. I'd probably try the homestyle potatoes next time. The omelets need a little work. Somewhat small, middle of it just laid open, huge hunks of ham....way too big for an omelet. The omelets just need a little work, that's all. My wife said the iced tea didn't taste good, but it never seems to be good here for her. I noticed a bit of an off taste to the white milk. Not saying the milk was bad or anything like that, just an odd taste. Thinking it may have had something to do with the glass or something? Not sure. Anyway, not bad. Just had a few problems.

Don't assume online menu to be true. On 12/12/23, went to Draft Day after reviewing menu. Had a few items in mind but none were being offered. "Limited menu" had apps, salads, and maybe a few other choices. The entrees? None available. Settled for an appetizer that was unimpressive - ate 1/3 of the dish. Server/bartender had good attitude and was working hard. I'd been here on previous stays and was pleased with food.

The waitress was great, the hostess was great. I didn’t wait long at all. HOWEVER, the wings was awful. They were half done. I use to brag about their wings but no more. The manager, not so great.

We have been here a few times and I've really enjoyed the food . The servers are excellent, and always friendly. Ranae is excellent! She even divided our breakfast for us! It was definitely plenty for both of us! The tables and booths are spread out and very nice.

The service from Cristen was great. Great ambiance. I got the breaded tenderloin and my fiancé got the country fried chicken. The chicken was disappointing. A bit dry and flavorless. The tenderloin had a great crunch, was a good size, and was a real loin, not mechanically separated. So that was nice. It could've used seasoning, though. Good crispy battered onion rings. The cheese curds were very good and the sauce was sweet and tangy. It was unexpected, but definitely worked well with the curds. It's definitely no Ruthie's, but if you're at the casino/hotel and don't feel up to a fancy dinner, Draft Day will do just fine.

Every time I come to the restaurant it's freezing cold. We have to eat our food fast so it won't get too cold before finishing. I will be back next weekend but will have to order food to go.
