Canned sausage gravy canned biscuits server was poor, took too long to wait for a subpar breakfast coffee was average. Just a waste of time and money

Visiting from out of town. Decided to treat ourselves to breakfast instead of the hotel breakfast. First, the oj was probably the best I've ever tasted. My two youngest split the cookies and cream waffles and fruit and they finished it off. My oldest ate every last bite of his berrylicious waffles. My husband thought the bacon was amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed my eggs benedict. Wish we had a Flips near us. Thanks for the experience.

I ordered the Steak and Eggs.. I asked for the steak to be rare, and it came out well over well done. I had it sent back and it still didn’t come out correct. I ordered Hashbrowns with it And those didn’t come out cooked at all. The service was great, and the pancakes were good.

It makes sense to have to wait for a table here!! The food is amazing. The coffee is really good, and the service and atmosphere are wonderful. It's a short walk from the hotel, so we didn't have to try for parking - a good thing since it was very busy. We both had a skillet, meat lovers, and a southwest with pancakes. Today I ordered the hash skillet, amazing!
"Flippin"' fantastic! ?✨ Really delicious!~Highly recommend! Everything was hot, tasty, and a ton of food! Even the syrup was warm!!! (a pet peeve of mine; I want hot pancakes without cold syrup running them!!!)??When we first arrived, it was very busy, but we got seated within 5 minutes! Great service by our waitress and she answered all our questions.

The food is good but not out of this world. More so just nice presentation. It's always busy and is on the more expensive side. I got the salmon avocado toast and it lacked flavor. I prefer my own that I make at home for a fifth of the price :/ *also I will add, the aesthetic in here is cute and is why I came for my birthday to take pictures, but it really didn't turn out great because you could see everyone eating behind us and it just felt crowded. I wish we had better options for picture-ready restaurants!

When we first arrived the place was very busy but we managed to get a table right away. Our server was attentive and nice. The food was also very good and came out fast and hot. We had the meat lovers breakfast wrap with southwest potatoes and the southwest skillet with pancakes. Everything tasted good and was fresh when it came out. This isn't the first Flip's Pancake House that I've been to but I enjoyed my food more here than other locations. Overall a great experience. W restaraunt.
