I brought some kids in today and they had the best time. Betty was so kind, fun, and accommodating. The pizza was hot and delicious as always. The entire restaurant and play area are very clean. Thank you!

Worst customer service paid for a tin kid party pack and didn't get anything that was included in it took forever to get our pizza took forever to get our coins within two hours took a half hour to get everything staff that was taking orders we're giving dirty looks and bad attitude. Paid almost $200 for the party pack and didn't get what was involved nobody song happy birthday. Even stayed behind and helped Wiped down tables and clean up. Knowingly I was paying them to clean up but was still out of respect First time being here and very highly disappointed Half of the games were broken

the pizza is awesome and the pasta is better. i dont think i have ever got this good pasta from dominoes. excellent defently would recomend. i could live off this stuff.

Place is terrible they got like 3 arcade games that work half of them don’t work and the tickets were empty had to keep asking the workers to put tickets in the machines because all the workers want to do is stand behind the counter and talk to each other. Wouldn’t call them workers please don’t bring your kids to that place not an arcade might as well close the doors

Happy Joe's on W Locust Street has been our go to place since they opened this location. Never ever had a complaint when ordering for my employees or for myself & family. Eat in, pick-up or have delivered at least 4 times a week. Chicken Alfredo Pasta, cheese sticks, homemade chips w/garlic dip & a large Taco Pizza every time. Also the BLT with burnt bacon & tater tots- can't usually go wrong with any of them. Mistakes happen and totally get that. The delivery guy is absolutely positively the best and we always get the same guy. Love him & his professional demeanor and always smiling. I don't know what happened but the last 2 times we ordered something wasn't right. They didn't put the Alfredo sauce in the pasta and forgot the garlic bread. The large taco pizza- don't know what happened but 1 slice was eaten. They forgot the dip for chips even though I paid for an extra side of it like I do each time but they do call each time if they happen to be out to let me know which is awesome. I called & put on home for over 19 minutes and at that time they were closed each time and they hung the phone up. They have always been a 10/10 to us but $126( $63 each order just for the food) for the last 2 order's ( plus tipping the delivery guy $20 each time & he did his job well) is a lot of money to just throw away because we are then spending more money to buy food somewhere else to feed our family. Just wish they wouldn't have hung up on my husband or myself and nothing done about it. I've left messages no call back. Pretty bummed but hey I guess that's how it goes.

We came here for a day away with being off work & it was a waste of time and money. Service was terrible, place was dirty, half of our order was missed & had to ask for the correct food. Once they tried to fix it we were still missing things. They had 2 people working & the one guy did try to make things right & pick up for the slack. 15 years ago when I was a kid this place was the popular place now I would definitely not recommend & will not be coming back!

rude employees and lost our daughters reservation!!! GM Ryan could care less if he loses customers. STAY AWAY from this business it will not even be close to expectations. think of the worst movie you have ever seen, it's worse than that.

I've ordered the Matador pizza from them 4 times in the last 6 months. Every single time they've gotten the order wrong. Tonight was the last straw. They screwed it up AGAIN. They came back and got their rotten-ass pizza and gave me my $$ back, at least.
We took our grandchildren on Sunday. The place looked like it hadn't been swept or cleaned in a long time. The pizza was good but the flies trying to get our pizza were very annoying. When they brought us our pizza we didn't get any napkins, parmesan cheese or taco sauce for the taco pizza. The pop machine downstairs had no ice so we asked for a pitcher of ice. When the pitcher finally came and we iced down our drinks and the pitcher dried off it was filthy. Had we known it was dirty we wouldn't have used the ice. Kids were upset that about half of the games in the game room were out of order. Not the service I would expect for the $75 we spent. We won't be returning.

My kids n they friends had a blast downstairs! Pizza’s always hot & good! Employees & management handled everything well even though they was short of help! Some ppl was rude and impatient with the staff but the employees that was there showed up to work! Much respect

Today was a complete waste of time and money! We were there for maybe an hour tops before having to leave due to poor service, unprofessional staff, extremely poor management and just an unacceptable atmosphere for children. The two young girls running the downstairs had no desire to be there nor cared to address any of the problems. A birthday party came in and was extremely obnoxious, grown kids running through the dining area almost running over little kids, young girls cussing and inappropriately dancing in the game room, and here is a photo of a teenage boy right in front of the employees wearing NO SHIRT! Nothing was done about any of it until I went upstairs and spoke to the manager. I won’t be going here anymore. Honestly the place has gone down hill, it used to be a great family place. Not anymore.

I love to go to Happy Joes Pizza when i come to town but this place is dirty and disgusting, most of the disinfectant spots are empty, the soap in the bathroom is out, and the staff really did not seem to care. Its one thing to talk about cleanliness but its another to actually show it with good business practices. STOP DESTROYING A ONCE PROMINENT AND GREAT BUSINESS!

This takes me back to my college days in Cedar Falls. The pizza and calzone was very good! The Spaghetti and Chicken Alfredo looked to be on point. Very nice dinner with family. Highly recommend!
