Went for breakfast this morning waited 35 min for our food. The booth table was wobbly, food came to us cold, ordered over easy eggs came to the table and yolk turned hard, had to chase down a waitress for a refill of water and coffee. Miserable service. Our server didn’t even offer a discount at the very least. Usually when we go there the food is hot and good! Not today! Never going back here again!

We met a new girl this time. Very sweet. The breakfast is outstanding as always. The wife had the chicken. Talking to the staff about how they love working there. It speaks volumes about the owners. We love going to Harlands, and if we just want to relax at home, we just get it to go. I highly recommend this restaurant. It's been there for years, and there's a reason why. Other places have come and gone, and Harlands outlasts them all. Give them a shot, you'll be glad you did.

We have been eating here for years and the quality has hit rock bottom. We used to eat here a couple times a week. My husband order ham and sweet potatoes for 12.75. It was a piece of breakfast ham and 3 pieces of sweet potatoes that didnt equate to a half of a potato. Where’s the management?

Food is burt or well over cooked when asked to speak to manager the cook came out told me this is how cornbeef and scrambled eggs are cooked. Doesn't even look appealing. Still paid for meal. Was told I could eat the plate of food or it would be thrown away. Cost $9 personally think this should have been handled better by management. Scrambled eggs are supposed to be fluffy not a omelet corn beef hash should not be burnt to be a hockey puck it should be a pile that falls apart not a sausage patty.

It's decent food, typical Americana, and like in a lot of Midwestern restaurants with older clientele, a little bland. But we like really spicy and flavorful food so they're probably right on target for their market. Very good service and priced about like Village Inn.

My family and I decided to go back and give this establishment another try. We were very pleased and the hostess who helped our table with seating, ordering, and delivery of the food was excellent. The food was Hot and made right but the restaurant was freezing cold. Hats off to the cooks. Will gladly spend my money there again.Parking: There is parking on both sides of the building and plenty of handicap parking spots.Kid-friendliness: Great value choices for the kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy wheelchair accessibility.

Been going to Harlan’s for 30 years never have I had this terrible of an experience, we ordered our breakfast and at the time I ordered a country fried steak for my meal and the same exact order to go. When my food came I was given something completely different than what was expected, I expressed to the server that that’s not what I wanted or expected and to cancel my to go order being that it wasn’t what I wanted or was advertised, put in a different order to go to replace previous order and when it came time to get our check the server came to me and explained to me since I placed the order I was forced to pay for it, the owner her boss said that since the order was placed we had to pay for it after I had already payed for the first order I was unsatisfied with, terrible customer service terrible ownership terrible way to run a business that’ll be the last time I ever spend a $ in there, also the biscuits for the biscuits and gravy were harder than the table.
