Went for the first time just now. I got the mai tai and the watermelon crawl and both are very delicious. The workers are very nice, and there was also a dog there. I’m not sure if the dog is always there, but he was cute. Highly recommend if you’re into teas and smoothies.

On the hottest day of the year the owner of this company generously brought our entire construction crew ice cold nutritious and energizing drinks to keep us hydrated and able to push through the day. It was such a nice gesture and it kept our crew going until 2pm. Thank you, Michelle!

I absolutely love the drinks and shakes here. Michelle does a fantastic job and always has a smile. The daily specials that are offered are tasty and extremely healthy compared to other places. This is the first place I would recommend ANYONE to go to for a healthy option.

Impact Nutrition is a god send to the quad cities. The owner Michelle is so sweet and has great recommendations. Her and her staff make you feel welcome always. The atmosphere is relaxing with happy colors on the walls and a cute seating area. The Mexican lollipop energy bomb is AMAZING! It’s sugar free but sweetened with Stevia and is super refreshing. I love that they have membership packs you can buy for your favorite things which helps you save money if you are a regular customer. I love supporting local and this will definitely be my regular spot!

I used to live in the QC but have since moved to the Chicago area. I always make sure to make a stop on my way in (and out) of town bc these ladies always treat me well with all kinds of good shakes and teas! Someday I’ll have tried all the flavors and still come running back for more! Thank you always! ?
I absolutely love impact nutrition! This is the best place to come and get tea bomb and shakes and they are all plant based and HEALTHY! I would recommend impact nutrition to anyone. Michelle has a great team of girls working with her and the environment is always welcoming and friendly best place to sit and chat and have a great time.

Unfortunately not a real cafe with trained nutritionists, they only serve herbalife products and use these centers to recruit. how can you make tea from a powder in a packet? They may taste good, due to the over processing and high amounts of fructose, sucralose and other sugars, but they're not healthy or suitable meal replacements. Support a local gym or health center with qualified, certified health professionals, not someone just shilling a product claiming to own their own business.
