The Kickin' Cajun Chicken is on point. Spicy but not overwhelming, fresh and crisp. Creamy Potato Salad tastes like a summer picnic.The ordering app is easy and navigable. The in-store staff are always friendly and efficient.Yes, it's a fast food sandwich but the quality and price make this a big step up from that underground train!

Great customer service. I had a large bill...no bills over $20 accepted. Mgr came out and apologized. They stuck to their rules. I have worked retail before so I appreciate rule followers. I charged my sandwich. It was a Valentine surprise for hubby. Mgr put in a cookie. How nice! I will visit again soon. Their slogan is freaky fast yet deliveries are anything but. Every delivery I've had from this location takes 20-30 minutes longer than a Papa Johns pizza delivery from a location further in distance. With that said, there were also more pizzas than there were jimmy Johns sandwiches. If you want Jimmy Johns delivery, do it long before you're hungry... then spend time with your family, read and finish a book, watch a movie, solve world peace, then enjoy that sandwich you forgot you ordered long ago.

I tried Jimmy John's after many people "raved" about how good the food is...They were all wrong!I ordered a small turkey sandwich. There was barely enough turkey on it to have an even bite to the end, or should I say only enough for 1/2 (half) of the sandwich.I asked for extra dressings, seasonings, and mayonnaise.Again, they skimpted on those as well.So half of the sandwich was dry, no oil/vinegar and just enough mayo for 1/4th of the sandwich.The turkey was dry, and the bun was old.The pricing, yes cheaper than Subway and about the same as Hungry Hobo.So I guess you get what you paid for!We will never go there again!

Waited an hour which I don’t care to much about. But then when I got my sandwich it was not customized with what I customized it with. I got the double roast beef and only had 2 pieces of roast beef. I got extra mayo and the mayo almost taste like horse radish. When I called I explained what was wrong and that I didn’t want a refund or anything I just frequently order from here and haven’t had a problem so I thought I’d let ya know. The lady responds with “well I’m just confused because I made it and that’s not right” like I’m lieing for no reason? This location just lost a loyal customer I’m not all that upset about the sandwich but the customer service made it even worse. The sandwich wasn’t cut in half, no peppers, and no EXTRA mayo own up and move on

I ordered a Giant Slim 5 with extra cheese and it was delicious!!!! David delivered it to my door very quickly and was so sweet. I wanted to tip him, but did not have any cash on me at the time. I will definitely be ordering again soon!!

I will never ever order from this location again. We were next to a delivery driver on Locust st. He was driving a gray smaller pickup truck. Dude not only picked his nose but he ATE it!!!
