I haven't been to a Jimmy John's in years. I had a coupon for a free sandwich, so I picked this store to go to, I'm glad I did.Noah the young man at the counter greeted me in such a way like he was genuinely happy to see me in the store.He was extremely friendly, and personable.I highly recommend this store.

Why would anyone cut a square sandwich like this? Trivial complaint, but it ruined my meal. Also the lady behind the counter said no words to me, which made it uncomfortable to order. 0/10 stars.

Ordered a sandwich and its taken almost 3 hours to finish.Seems fairly common based on other reviews,I could have baked the bread, grew the vegetables, and made the sandwich faster myself.

Called to make an order and the assistant manager hung up because he got the address wrong because he heard it wrong. I spelled it out and rudely hung up. I will never Order from again. You don’t need to run a business if you have anger issues. Corporate needs to address your issues you should not be running a business.

Ordered online and they never even bothered to show up. Even left my number on the order for if they had an issue finding my apartment but no missed call either. Not worth ordering from. Maybe try Jersey Mike's or Capriotti's instead way better food and service. And Jimmy John's before you say "that's not how you roll" it actually really is. Don't embarrass yourself by responding to my review :).

The food was right on point we really enjoyed just like we normally expect from a Jimmy. The service was fast as we expected but they were not very happy and didn't know what LBI meant. We went to sit down at a table and I looked at six of them before I found one that was clean. The whole place just felt slightly uncleaned

Food took over 45 minutes to be delivered since notification that food was on its way. Not was it prepared as asked, for example but not limited too, being cut in half, extra mayo being requested. And my lack of spine had me paying for my food despite it again, taking over 45min to be delivered.Edit: they said since it's independently owned, they'll pass it along, and I'm to wait. After one week, I can say, unresolved and can't recommend.
