waited 20 minutes when they told me it would be ten which is enough already. didn’t given me what i ordered and the chicken was cold. daytime crew is awesome but don’t bother at night time.

I ordered a 2 piece dark dinner. I received 2 legs. No thigh! My favorite piece. Potatoes were terrible. Cold slaw was delicious.

this location is very bad...no customer service...very rude staff members and manager is worse..order taker constantly interrupted me while trying to place order..when i called her on it the manager backer her up...then when i tried tofinish my order they refused to answer me...told me to leave...i wont go back ever again...i told my mom about it and she said they were rude to her too...

I order 8 piece bucket of original chicken. I get home and it’s only 7 so guess which one of us gets to only have one piece of chicken tonight? The woman at the window asked if she could add more breasts and wings. Sure, I said. By extra you mean you’re going to short me? How do you not have the ability to count to 8? After eating my one piece, I’m not sure I would have had a 2nd. It was way over-seasoned and didn’t taste all that fresh. I assumed after counting to 7 that they really didn’t want to make any up fresh for me. I called the restaurant and Ricky said I could come back—heck no. Or he would write my name down and he’d see to it I got 2 pieces of free chicken. That’s the only reason I gave you a 2nd star. The useless woman at the window knew exactly what she was doing and didn’t provide me with a receipt either. She about threw my chicken at me and seemed like she just wanted me to go away. I doubt I will go back.

I'm glad one person knows how to count there and corrected my order when they butchered it. Doordash pick up orders suck so I understand but still. I appreciated the ONE. Love him. He's great. Keep him forever and protect him at all costs. He's the only reason why there is any stars on this review.

Went there last night with my husband ordered the kfc chicken bowl told husband it did not taste good something was off we eat and left when got home my stomach started hurting felt nauseous then I started coughing and got sick . Pretty sure I got food poisoning . It’s now Sunday and stomach still feels yucky . Never again with I eat there and the lady that took our order was spaced out and did not say nothing . Will not go back

They don’t have the respect for customers to put up a sign where you can see it from the parking lot that they closed the lobby. It says on the door they close the lobby at 9. It was 8 when I got there. The person at the window was rude when I asked her why they closed the lobby already. Just shows how little they care about the customers.

When we walked into the store you could feel the Joy in the atmosphere. The Service you get when you walk in, gives you a good home feeling. Food comes out hot and fresh. All and don't let me forget to mention the Speed, food was up before I could pay for it, talk about fast. . . Waited inline for 20 min. Pay for food, throw the fiod out the windiw. I decided to check to make sure all my order was there...nope . Waited for the window clerk. I get my food handed to me without a bag. Really? Get home. Part of it is ice cold and part is so greasy there was a pool of grease in the bag!
