We love Mihn Gourmet. The prices are affordable and the quality is great. Some of our favorites are the Beef fried rice with extra $2 beef and the Princess Chicken without mushrooms. We love that we're within the small delivery area, if needed. Always a friendly person on the phone, at the counter, or at the door for delivery. Highly recommend!

Tried this place for the first time tonight. Upon entering we immediately noticed an odd smell in the restaurant. Hard to describe but definitely not pleasant. That aside, what was most atrocious from our visit is the COLD RAW meat that was served to us. *see picture*. Also, the fried rice on my plate smelled like it was drizzled with burnt chemicals before being served. Finally, to top it off, the (who I assume is) owner comes out to excuse why the dishes came out that way. You read that right: excuse. Not apologize and make right but to play the blame game with her chef.She literally has the audacity to say that some people like their beef this way, never in our lives have we ever woken up and thought “hmm…you know what sounds appetizing? Some cold and raw beef and broccoli”.Then, she proceeds to blame the chef for cooking the beef all clumped together and burning the friend rice.Had the person who came out to talk to us taken the slightest bit of ownership over their mistakes we might have eventually given this one another try but definitely not happening now.

I usually love this place!! I had the worst lunch I've ever gotten there. The rice literally smelled like someone smoked a pack of cigarettes next to it. I picked it up from the restaurant, so I'm not sure how that's possible. The general chicken was also very soggy. Very disappointing. Always had great food here.

Always great food and always great service. Prices and portions are also better than most. We have never been disappointed in anything we have ordered, can't recommend highly enough.
Ordered a dish to go while traveling. I walked in the door and was immediately hit with the smell of mothballs. Not a big deal right? I assume they are trying to mitigate flying pests that are inevitable in the Midwest. However, upon taking my first bite of the sesame chicken I certainly tasted the distinct mothball essence in their food. Gross. Mothballs are toxic.

This used to be my favorite Chinese takeout... now there's always a reason they can't deliver orders. Yesterday during lunch they said they sent delivery driver home cuz they are slow. Today they changed how far they deliver to. I've been ordering delivery from there for about 10 years or more (same address). It's frustrating to never know what the next excuse is and if you'll be able to order or not. Consistency is key to a successful business.
