Ive been there in the past a few times an it was pretty good , but this time the 27 Jan the line making the food were unbelievably either possibly ignorant seemed more stupid, i asked one of the people if they had corn shells instead of flour he went an asked someone else what kind of shells tthey were using an told me it was a flour shell in front of me , so i asked again knowing already it was flour in front of me ,if they had corn shells again i get the same answer till someone else let me know they only had flour shells ,then they make our burritos asked if we wanted cheese on top ofcourse we did an she said it didn't matter because she was going to mix it up,when we said just leave them alone alone do not mess with them an one was left alone an the other I turned my head for something an when i looked again she was playing with my food (i should of made them make me a new one or just left ,but i didn't no neither) the only person their that had any intelligence was the manager who was busy at the register, an did apologize for having to deal with the lacking of the line , as we went to sit down, i detoured an went to the bathroom an someone before me destroyed it , so when i went to let the manager know he was busy so i informed the a person on the line , as i walked away halfway threw restaurant to my table the person yells to me (i am a male ,an look like a male) which one so i responded as everyone in there heard ,well i didn't go in the women's bathroom , like you really had to ask which bathroom i was in an they pay you to work there wowDietary restrictions: The restrictions would be dont touch my food except to make it ,if i wanted it all mixed i would've said to an i asked you not to but you still messed with itKid-friendliness: Manager was good to go im sure he didn't hire the staff he had to work with

First time at this place and I asked if there was onions in the Food. Right away they asked why. I told them that I have a allergy to Onions. They told me there was onion in everything. I said ok I guess and had to walk out. The employees are beyond ruid when someone comes in with a food allergy. WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK!!!

Food has been cold every visit, also had a long hair in my taco(how appetizing). Definitely no standard anymore in most food places, especially this joint..waist of money.

I placed a DoorDash order and I usually ask for extra rice on my burrito but there isn’t an option to modify on the app, so I called the store (which I have tried calling in the past and they never an answer the phone), and it rang for like a minute before she answered very rudely, then “put me me on hold” (she just set the phone down so I could still here her) then proceeded to talk bad about me to other customers and employees. When she got back on the phone with me, she told me to cancel my order and hung up the phone. I’m honestly just shook, won’t be going to this location again!!!

A local alternative to Chipotle. I wasn't personally impressed with the steak quesadilla, it was lacking in cheese and I didn't find the steak particularly tasty. I would choose the Barbacoa at Chipotle any day and I prefer their steak as well. The chips and queso is good, about equivalent to Chipotle after Chipotle massively improved their queso.The order wasn't completely correct either, which is a sin in my book when you are allowed to be specific.

Horrible experience, Went to order food for our family and the lady that was there had an attitude problem. Seems like she didn't want to be there, It's honest work. Take care of your customers and if you don't like your job work on finding a different job. Customer service at Pancheros is going downhill.
