If I get an employee that is kind, like this visit, I am able to ask for my order and she gets it correct. Manager runs a clean house and well trained employees. THE ONLY PANERA THAT I WILL GO TO. The Panera in Moline, IL is deplorable and usually the employees are snotty little brats that pretty much tell me, "well that's how I blend a smoothie it should have ice cubes in it" did he ever look of the pictures of smoothies you sell? Also, get a tuna salad sandwich there and try to find the tuna on the bread. I don't know how they stay open in Moline.Davenport Panera is the goat! ?

This place did have 5 star service! We weren't impressed with food so much. But the bread was still good! So was the broccoli cheddar soup. After we checked out and were waiting for our order, we looked and every table was dirty. I did ask someone if we could get one wiped down, and she did wipe ours down and about 5 others. I assume they got hit by a big rush? Again the staff were great. I had the cesaer salad and it was okay (seemed really bland and lacking parmesan?) The French Onion soup tasted like a vegetable soup, so maybe the recipe changed. I will not order that again. For 2 people to get soup and a drink each, it was $30. I probably won't personally go back for awhile just because of that. But again, the staff were friendly and helpful. Can't stress that enough, and that can be hard to come by!

Autumn squash soup was great, and pleasantly surprised they had chicken salad sandwiches. However, I would have liked more chicken salad on my sandwich. Overall, really enjoyed it!

Always disappointing. My order is rarely correct. Today I got a bacon egg and cheese sandwich that had no bacon on it. They’re always missing ingredients and putting less in order to save product. Spend your money elsewhere for better food.
