Ordered a large pizza and brownie they said it would be there in about 30 minutes and I gave them my grandson phone number and dorm they read it back to me I got a call from my grandson 50 minutes later asking about the pizza so I call and they didn't have a phone number to call and didn't put which dorm he was in he finally got it an hour late
Food usually tastes like body odor and is usually under cooked.

The photo included is a DOUGH pull, not a cheese pull. It was SO undercooked that the pizza stuck to the cardboard box. When trying to hold the slice, everything collapsed to pieces. Too messy to even put back into our oven to finish cooking it. Beyond disappointing for the money spent. This was during the week at 6pm, so not during a busy store time either. Beware using this place, many reviews seem to have had similar experiences as ours.

Orderd a pizza and wings tonight 3 slices of the pizza had no cheese no sauce and it was just dry crust wings were soggy and chewy with very little sauce first time i had papa johns in a long time very disappointed

Check your stuff before you leave, and apparently when you get to the car. Got one of my sauce cups crushed in my box by the guy who checked them and completely ruined clothes. When I called I was offered a breadstick as compensation, because the manager Sandra said that it wasn't her problem. I usually have nothing but problems with this location, and when I try to give it another chance it just adds to the reasons not to go.

Papa Johns on Brady St. did a great job delivering our party order on time exactly and everything was correct and tasted great! The person who confirmed my order (I called in just in case after ordering online) and they were very nice and confirmed we were all set for the next day delivery we requested. Much appreciated!!

The lady taking my order didn't know what came on taco pizza told me it didn't come with chips or lettuce and I asked for it on the side if it did she said it didn't come with it and for $40 pizza I'll never order there again

Used to be a steady favorite- but over the last 3 times we ordered it - it sadly got consecutively worse. Ordered usual- XL NYstyle- Pepperoni, add 3-chz blend AND (because last 2 pizzas hardly had any cheese) XTRA CHEESE! After delivery & tip $40. - and IT WAS HORRIBLE! Barely warm & thin floppy crust & all sauce. Definitely less pepperoni & barely any cheese at all?! Some places it just looked like bare sauce - this was After ordering 2x extra cheese over the norm?! WENT IN THE GARBAGE! Sorry Papa - U SUX! Do NOT Recommend!
