Order pizza hut last might 2 large pizzas 2 orders of bread sticks 3 extra sauces and 2 extra garlic sauces. They forgot a bread stick and all of the extra sauces and the garlic. It was very disappointing I reached out to the door dash dude who brought it and all he said was. That's what they gave me. So thanks for ruining our dinner pizza hut thanks alot. What a waste of money!

Delivery driver didn’t even leave the store until 20 minutes after the pizza was supposed to be DELIVERED. Absolutely outrageous. I have never had this poor of an experience with any other pizza delivery service. Also took way longer to get to our house from their location than I feel is reasonable.I do not recommend ordering for delivery, maybe they would be better/faster if you went in to get your food, apparently they need the pressure ?

They got it wrong....and then promptly made it right! Shout out to the female manager who answered when I called to tell them they transposed my wing flavors. She was kind and apologetic, and I believe she also went out of her way to re-deliver the correct food. I hate that I didn't get her name, but she displayed exemplary customer service. The food is always still hot when delivered from this location, and since I haven't had Pizza Hut in years prior to my last two experiences--it's a welcome change. Thin crust from here is the only way I can go, though. Try it, ya might like it!

Ordered a large pork, mushroom and Roma tomato pizza for carry out - received a mushroom and tomato pizza. Called to report the missing pork and the “customer service” rep offered to do nothing to resolve the issue. East Locust
Pizza was fresh, hot, and cooked to perfection. Staff is friendly, and my food was ready in 15 minutes. They also offer curbside pickup when you order in the app. Definitely try the cheese bread sticks!

Order food twice and both times they messed up order. 1st time forgot salad and said theyed send me something never got it. Second time wrong pizza didn't even bother calling after last ordeal. I tried them twice, im done. Foods good service suxs but hey let's face it anymore they almost all do!
