They refused to give me my order. The lady I spoke to claimed she was the manager yet she refused to give me her name and said I needed to show her some barcode or something to prove the order is mine. I gave her the name of the ordered and described the order to her and provided my receipt details but she still would not give me my order.
Our order NEVER came. We called 40 minutes after our order was supposed to arrive and was immediately put on hold for 5 minutes. We called back and we were told that our order was CANCELLED because they didn’t haven’t the basics to even make it but NOBODY could be bothered to call us. They offered us no solutions and simply gave us the most insincere apology.

Doesn’t even deserve one star. Placed an order and they canceled it without even contacting us. Had to call to find where our food was and was given attitude on the phone and nothing offered to make up for the long wait and lack of contact.

Cashier was very rude and threw my food at me because she can't tell the difference between a pickup from the customer vs a courier pickup. Won't be getting my service again, especially after they didn't clean their equipment the first time I ordered there. My pizza and breadsticks had cinnamon coating on it. Very bad for business.

Love Pizza Hut, as always they did us Justice.. good food, good service, and very clean on inside.Only thing I wish they would go back to is having a restaurant in Davenport. I miss the environment and the servers. It was nice having a buffet on lunch time.
