EDIT: I rescind my earlier negative review below. Since speaking with management, the chips serving size has been addressed and fixed.********Something is going on with the chips serving size on to-go orders. It used to be a massive brown bag full of chips. Now it's a small bag that's maybe half the serving size they used to be (see picture). The chips used to fill the pictured bowl all the way up.If you order to-go from here, maybe skip the chips until they get the serving size sorted out.Vegetarian options: Have vegan options.Parking: Parking isn't an issue.

I recently visited Qdoba and was highly disappointed with the service I received. The new manager was extremely rude and unprofessional, showing a complete lack of respect towards the customers. This was a stark contrast to the previous manager, who was courteous, friendly, and always had a smile on his face.To add to my frustration, the portion sizes were ridiculously small and not even close to the amount of food that I should have received. I felt like I was being cheated and that the manager was just trying to save money by skimping on the portions. It was not only me; I saw other customers complaining about the same issue.Overall, I would not recommend Qdoba to anyone, given the recent changes in management and the declining quality of the food and service. It is a shame that the restaurant has deteriorated so much, and I hope that they can make some significant improvements to regain the trust and loyalty of their customers.

First time being at this location and it was amazing. I went through the line at 6:30pm on Friday. The person working the line was super positive! This place was so clean, I didn’t think the line had glass protecting the products. I’ve worked at chipotle for 2 years and our line was never as clean as this place :) thank you for a wonderful experience

First time ordering from them. Burrito was pretty good, enjoyed it. But the tortilla chips I got were awful, they tasted and smelled like rancid oil.

Looked like they were getting ready to close more than an hour before posted time. They were down to almost empty containers on many ingredients and their meat substitute was beyond horrible. Tofu would have even been better. They measured out the guacomole with an "eyedropper". We are going back to Pancheros!

Happy we decided to try the Davenport Qdoba, because the one over the river had us avoiding Qdoba all together.We were greeted, the employees were super nice, store was pretty clean, and our food was great.

I've been a long time customer here, but they seem to have changed management 1-2 months ago and it quickly went down the drain. The service is much worse and the employees don't care about anything. I've been overcharged and blatantly lied to on multiple occasions. As such, and it's not easy for me to say, I cannot in good faith recommend this place anymore. Avoid.
First time there not impressed maybe it was the time of day but honestly that shouldn’t matter but meat was very dry and my rice was mushy when I asked to have more roasted vegetables I got the stank eye that closed the deal for me nope won’t be back t?

I would give zero stars if that was available. Went there today with my family, the staff looked and acted like they had just started 20 minutes ago. They would just blankly stare at you, not asking a single question about what you would want on your food. Also, they proceeded to pour queso in a nacho's bowl, and asked, "did you want your chips on the side".. in what world do people eat nachos with the chips on the side? I am confused.it was $45 for 3 selections, 1 child's meal, and 3 drinks.will not return. Same cost as chipotle, with ridiculously under trained and or incompetent staff. Even the manager was lost.*edited* to add that after the bowl was 1/4 of the way filled with queso, the staff member who forgot to put chips in the bowl (for the nachos) proceeded to pour the queso back into the main container they scooped it from. that cannot be normal.

Of all the Mexican subway clones Qdoba is the best. I don't care about chipotle. I care about se vice and flavor and variety. Qdoba has it all. Staff is friendly and service is quick and food is delicious.
