Was pretty rough. Understaffed for sure, but I witnessed incorrect orders both before my order and while waiting for my order. Coffee was just okay.

Food is pre-packaged baked goods. Had a drip coffee and there is no real dairy half n half or milk available. This is basically what any Fairfield inn or Hampton would give you for free but for 8$ in a much nicer hotel. Don't recommend.

I’ve been there a few times and every time it’s something different. Either they turn their oven off an hour before closing. They are closed but the doors are open? Or they are closed with no notice at all. I’ve only had a chance to try their ice coffee. Which was good but disappointing. Neighboring businesses say it’s like they just make up their own hours because they were open until 1 the day before and not even until 11 the next day.

Rude wait staff. No cream or half and half. Really? Finally just ordered a small coffee - which I had to get myself. And even then, they were out of dark roast. It was 830 am. If this is part of the Hotel Blackhawk, then they should do better. There has to be a better place for coffee in Davenport.

It's a great little café. I was able to sit and work for a few hours with no issues. Corrina was very helpful and she seemed to be on top of everything from working with customers and making sure things were filled and ready.I only got a coffee but would still recommend!

Was disappointed since I came at 1:20 and everything was closed, even though websites say it’s open until 2pm. Hopefully I can come back and try again!

The strawberry smoothies were flavorless. The girl working was slammed and doing her best but the drinks my group had were not good.

Unfortunately, I can’t rate on quality of food or drink because I was unable to try either. We arrived at about 1:25pm. The sign in front said they were open, online and even their Facebook page says they are open until 2pm, I checked to make sure they hadn’t posted about closing early, they had not. However, when we walked in we were met with a woman who was wiping the counter who told us they were closed, now upsetting as that was I do understand, but she was pretty rude about it.When I left I double checked everything and there was no mention of closing early, also it’s important to note, there were 6 other people we saw attempting to enter, two inside the hotel, four outside the hotel, all were pulling up their phones to check the closing time.I can’t imagine how good our service would have been anyway with the woman who was working attitude, but as I said, they definitely were closed before 2pm even though signs were out they were open.Hopefully, I’ll have a chance to return but doubtful.

They had great customer service!

The latte I had was not bad. The eggs on my breakfast sandwich were premade and just warmed up. The doughnut I received was prepackaged - it was hard and dry, and tasted like chemicals. Journey down the street a bit for a much better coffee and breakfast sandwich location.
