Absolutely terrible experience. Life long Quad Citian that has spent thousands here over the years. Placed an order for over $100. First they couldn't even find my order then tried to tell me I must have made a mistake lol. They finally "found" it. How the hell do you lose a $100 order. Get home none of the kids meals had the fries we ordered. Missing 2 sides of rice. My Churizo burrito had no churizo in it lol. Burnt stank meat in all food.

Worst food I have ever had at a Rudy’s Restaurant. Manager was more than rude. We are long time customers. In the past when we received a meal with problems Rudy’s apologized and on our next trip there we had a free meal waiting. The “manager” actually called me RUDE. Just shows her customer service skills need work.I tried to reach out to management who said it was the owners doing not theirs and said he probably wouldn’t contact me or take my call about this situation. This is the same thing told to another reviee

Ordered the beef enchiladas( which are my favorite) and they have always been delicious consistently.Tried an appetizer which was the TOTCHOS.If you like tator tots you’ll love this appetizer. We got ours with seasoned ground beef and a type of cheese sauce.The tator tots were fried perfectly.I don’t think they have this at any other location. They are so so good.Our waitress was very kind and attentive.The restaurant was clean.
Worst Mexican food I've ever had at At rudy's, the meat was so dry in the tacos and tostadas and angelata's didn't get my hot sauce that I ordered. The manager was very rude to us. When we called back and complained, ask to talk to the owner. She said that the owners would not talk to us or give us a call back.

This Rudy's location is one of the franchises of the quad Cities. It at one time would have garnered a 4 star rating from me but they are really having issues here. We I ate here with my family recently the service was slow, inattentive, and wasn't not paying attention to details or even asking the basic questions regarding individual order particulars specific to a dish. The food servings (example: enchiladas are slightly smaller Día. across the board) are reduced in size from what was served just several months ago. As well the tacos are not not made with the same quality as this location is usually as served in the past. I understand that costs have gone up and adjustments have to be made too stay in business. But I feel this location is taking advantage of this and over charging for what they serve. They are charging $11-$16 a "order" meal, were in comparison some other Mexican Restaurants in the area are selling this for less or full meals with better quality ingredients and larger quantities of protein and vegetables, plus chips and salsa. Also now they are charging a 3% surcharge for using your Credit or Debit cards now. It's an unspoken rule to add this Credit Card charge into a business's prices to cover the cost of the convenience of using plastic. But with their prices already as high as a high end restaurant they can't do that. The restaurant has looked better. The furniture is looking worn and the floor dirty. There is a side party room that is never used and the window to it is covered floor to ceiling with inventory. I would not be surprised if they closed in the next 6 months, but with the opening of the New Audi's that will hopefully turn things around for them. Give them a chance. The West end of Davenport is struggling and needs any business it can get.

This a poorly ran business! My high school daughter was hired on despite them knowing her limited availability due to school. They constantly scheduled her when she wasn’t available and made it out to be her fault. She told them the day her grandma passed away that the funeral would be that week and even though they knew that they still fired her for it!!! I tried to reach out to management who said it was the owners doing not theirs and said he probably wouldn’t contact me or take my call about this situation. My daughter was already devastated about her grandma but now she’s even more devastated that she has to find a new job to save for college next year. Such an awe full business!!!
