They don't make sure the lid is on tight so my husband lost the coffee. The girl couldn't even reimburse us. Poor service. They wanted us to come back.

I made a mobile order since I do some customizations. I figure it’s easier to just read it off the screen than having me try to explain through the intercom. I made the order and showed up about 4 minutes later. The lady opened the window and immediately said “mobile orders take 5-10 minutes. You need to give us that time before you show up.” We were the only ones in the drive through line. They were dead af. That’s all she said and she handed the drink and closed the window, didn’t even let me respond. Don’t baristas want tips? Why would you treat a customer like that lol.

Have yet to actually have a good experience with them. Everytime i've gone to this starbucks my food has been COLD or not even heated, along with this I have went inside the store multiple times from the drive through to get my drink replaced because they charged me for syrups that i never got BUT wanted, they had re- made it for me again, but the second drink was also incorrect. the cashier proceeded to laugh with her coworkers, so i decided to leave. and have YET to go back.

ordered a brownsugar oatmilk shaken espresso... have no clue what I'm got, very foamy and I don't taste the oatmeal or brownsugar at all. won't get that drink

The Goat

Went inside before 7:30 trying to order 2 coffee drinks. Spent nearly 10 minutes at the counter and wasn’t even asked by en employee if I needed help.Walked outside and went through drive thru in less time.Your in store customers matter too. Never had this issue at any other store in the area

Went to the drive though and was the 3rd in line. Only to find out after having a line now behind me that the front car is working on something and cant go forward once he is done and has to reverse out of the drive though. If you going to have work done on the drive though put up signs saying that your drive though is being worked on. Not have a line of 6 or 7 people in line that now have no where to go, because of how the drive though is set up. And this isn't the first time this has happened another time they had dig it up and still no signs. And when I went to tell the staff inside it was "oh well nothing we can do". If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

Drive thru couldn’t keep up with a mobile order. Had to pull around to the front when that wouldn’t have been the case if ordered at the drive thru speaker. Waited for another 6 cars behind me to get their orders first.

I am a teacher and saw online that Starbucks donates cups to classrooms for things such as Winter parties. I figured why not ask for my students upcoming Winter party where I will be providing hot chocolate.The young man, a supervisor, without hesitation said “I don’t see why I can’t do that.” He provided me with more than enough cups so now I get to share with other teachers at my school. My students and I are so excited for our Starbucks themed Winter party next week. Wish I got the supervisors name, all I know is he usually works night. thank you!!

I go to the drive thru to order and immediately the worker is rude. She never said thank you, you’re welcome, have a good day. She just didn’t respond when I said those things to her so I immediately knew I wasn’t going to tip. I get my drink and sandwich back and I notice the drink looks really light and also didn’t taste like it had any espresso in it. I went back again to return it and they made another one. It tasted the exact same just like a normal chai. Also everytime I order espresso they write it on the slip on the drink and neither of these had it. So now I’m sitting at home with two chais I don’t want and will probably be going to another coffee store after this since I’ve had 0 espresso and it will not be Starbucks bc why in the actual hell am I dropping a dub on a drink I never wanted. Also for being a multi million dollar company, you’d think that their lids would actually fit the cup.

I always avoid this specific Starbucks for many reasons but unfortunately my favorite Starbucks was closed. Never giving this Starbucks another chance. The customer service is awful, not only did I wait too long for a brewed coffee but the supervisor was rude as well!!! and not to mention that the trash cans were full and bathrooms were disgusting!!! Do yourself a favor and save your money!!!
