Asked and paid for bacon($3 up charge); removal of red onion and lettuce to sandwich. Got a bare sandwich despite upcharge for bacon. No one answered phone when calling in to figure out what happened.

I ordered a chicken footlong which came with lettuce, Red onions and tomato. I took off the onions and lettuce and added bacon but got a plain chicken sandwich. I paid $3 for bacon and didn't get it. When I tried to call no one answered. This is ridiculous.

I ended up walking out. They were out of tomatoes and onions. The lettuce was empty too but I didn't even ask about it since they were out of the others. The was 1:40 p.m. on Thursday. Hardly none in. I normally like Subway but there is always some issue with the the Davenport ,W Locust St Subway. Either someone didn't prep vegetables or they're not handling their inventory well. I'm done giving this location a chance at my business. Other Subway restaurants are pretty good. Just avoid the W Locust St one

Went to Subway on West locust Street a couple weeks ago there was two people in front of me waiting for takeout orders they were delivery drivers and there was one guy up front two people in the back, there was no meat no sauces hardly any vegetables on the bar where he makes the sandwiches. So he kept trying to fill it up. The one girl in the back never came out of the back One of the other ones did but she was more concerned about leaving and she wouldn't help him restock all the stuff which is something they should have done on days to begin with and he was the only worker cuz somebody didn't show up that night it took us 40 minutes to get a sandwich. Service was terrible and it wasn't the guy's fault it was the two workers from days maybe the manager should do her job and make sure things are right. If I owned that Subway I'd fire everybody there and keep the one guy that was actually trying to do his job.

The girls working were great team together. And everyone short staffed everywhere anymore some workers get overwhelmed and crabby. But these 2 ladies were friendly and listened to my order . I even tipped both them for the great service. Only subway we will go to is this one on locust !

went there today around 1-2 pm, the lights were off but they were open. staff were young and not trained correctly as I had to remind the bread person 3 times what meat and cheese I wanted. there was a customer in there that was unhappy because they were out of mayo, and thought that they should put out a sign stating that fact. I agree with that, also found out they didn't have oil with their vinegar. The rude manager had to ring out a customer whom was using a coupon, so when they were done with that customer they stated to me that they weren't processing anymore coupons today. Rude. I didn't have one anyway. The light over the condiments wasn't on so it was very dark and the containers were half empty. The child putting on the condiments had NO idea how much to put on (like I said, NO training). The manager came out of the back with her attitude to ring me out, I DID NOT leave a tip! I asked her if this location was closing and she blankly said "no." I then had to ASK for a bag for my footlong! 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND this location!!!!!!!

When I tried to order they said all the chicken was frozen it's 2 in the afternoon I just feel like that's kinda wild and unprofessional since that's half of what they serve??‍♀️

Online orders should be treated just as importantly as in person orders waiting 30 plus mins for a funky sandwich that should have veen ready when I got here or shortly after is insane!!!
