Dined at the restaurant plenty of times, and always had great service. Called for a to-go order this time (just got out of surgery a few weeks ago so still recovering at home) on Friday, April 12th, 7pm. A lady picked up the call and took the order. Whenever we ordered corn as a side, I normally asked for no butter, no salt (that’s just how I prefer it) and we have had no problems in the past. This time, we got a snarky remark saying that they are already precooked with butter and salt. We told her that we had no problems with this request in the past, and she insisted that they don’t do it for to-go orders but she will make a note anyway, adding “even though she knows they won’t do it”.We said okay and at the end of the order, we asked for her name since this is something we would like to clarify with the establishment when dining in with them in the near future. She immediately hung up.

This place works like a well-oiled machine. Service is impeccable. Food is always fresh because of a very high turnover. My favorite is the slab of ribs with the sauce on the side. Reminder to always reserve a table ahead of time and be on time for your reservation. If you do that your wait is virtually 0. Enjoy.

Love the country fried chickenAnd the rolls ? East PeoriaLast visit at Davenport was not good, grandson ordered a well done burger which came rare . Of course way too much red for him to eat. Music was so loud the waitress couldn't get order right, wife didn't get what she ordered. Plus it was so loud that you couldn't even have a conversation. Won't be going back.Plus on another review I seen where the owner replied for the person to copy and paste their concerns to public relations. I would think the owner should take care of that. Do your job ?

Excellent steak, I think the best I've had at any TXRH location, it was cooked to perfection and MR as ordered. Service was good. The salad was fresh and crisp, Very tasty, overall an excellent meal.

The music/atmosphere is rather loud and hard to have a conversation with anyone that has hearing aids. My sweet potato was burnt on the bottom but you don't go to Texas Roadhouse for that. I arrived around 6:15 and some of the steaks were already sold out. It would be a fun place to go to celebrate someone's birthday especially young kids.

Food was good (it's Texas Roadhouse), but the service was truly exceptional. The employees really seemed to care that I have a pleasant dinner without being overbearing.
The food is always great! I love the steaks. The steaks are always cooked to perfection and per your request. The dinner rolls and flavored butters are the best. Sometimes, I order take-out. The ordering App is easy to use, and your food is ready when you get there.Parking: Take-out orders have a separate parking area. You park in a numbered spaces.

Food was fine, they were out of porterhouse steaks. Couldn’t believe how loud it was in there! When the staff prepared to “dance” for us the music was turned up to 11 and patrons were looking all around in confusion as to why the music was turned up so high.

Me and my husband had the most amazing experience today.Zoey was a phenomenal waitress and Niki and amazing manager as well as the first manager who greeted us. We were given sides to try since it was our first time as well as a welcome to Davenport area free steak seasoning.Best experience ever.
I love Texas Roadhouse.
