Was there for my birthday and had an appetizer and a drink before going out. The jalapeño fondue with pretzel chips was delicious. When we got back we stopped for a drink before closing time. The bar tenders couldn't have been cooler and were very accommodating. I will definitely be coming back any time that I am in the area!

I came to the Quad Cities for a work trip and stayed at the hotel here. We ate at the J Bar twice, and both times were delicious. Great service, excellent atmosphere (especially if you can sit outside) and really good food. All around a great place!

Had the chicken thighs they had a very vinegar taste and very dry. The broccoli florets very burnt flavor with garlic and potatoes were spicy but the flavor combo of all 3 don't blend. The egg rolls don't list jalapeños. The cherry cake is chocolate wad not what I expected. It was okDietary restrictions: The do have gluten free but almost everything is red sauce or spicy. Guess what gluten free people have issues with those also

Awesome service, food and atmosphere! Had the tavern Burger (pink) and the Front Street Cherry Bomb. All were so tasty. Bartender was so sweet!

Our server was so nice! We got in at 8 and we're done by 9:15! It's a little chilly if you sit in the main seating area but if you're near the bar it's warmer. We ordered the cheesesteak eggrolls as an appetizer and they were absolutely delicious. I had also ordered a martini and was asked if I wanted blue cheese olives. ALWAYS. They did run out but our server still got me some for my drink! The steak salad, was one of the best salads I've ever had. I'm usually not one to order a salad but it was perfect and so filling. All the leftovers. The pizza was delicious, my husband said it was a little burnt around the edges but the flavor of the pizza was great! They have different happy hour specials throughout the week as well.

They have updated the menu over the last year or two. We prefer the previous menu. The current menu is fairly lackluster/ uninteresting. Drinks are solid for the price point. The service is slow but if you're just there to chat with friends and aren't in a rush, the atmosphere is nice.

Dined al fresco at the stainless-steel bar; started with the side salad, bowl of chili, accompanied by a Bloody Mary, followed by the sirloin steak (cooked perfectly) for the entree with fries, finished with the cherry cheesecake and a pot of hot tea for dessert. Good service, clean, safe garden-like environment. Screens kept me company. Shops nearby to take a stroll after dinner. Easy to park. Reasonably priced for a high-end hotel. Would return.
