The views at this rooftop bar restaurant are simply my favorite, especially around 5pm. The fireplaces create a mesmerizing ambiance, making you feel like you're in a daze as you gaze at the stunning sunset. A perfect spot for a relaxing and enjoyable evening.

Staying at the hotel, so stopped for a drink. Great views, and nice setting. My wife got a glass of Cabernet-they had a reasonable selection. I got a margarita. Asked the bartender how they made it (check local listings) and he said tequila, lime juice, and oh...Cointreau. I said, Great! Watched him make it. He combined all this ingredients and then it didn't fill the glass, so he added soda, and then slapped and popped in some mint?? I quickly chucked the mint and stirred in the unnecessary soda. It was ok. The servers were otherwise pretty attentive, and most of the patrons were in their 20's or so--we're a few generations older than that, so we're not the target market. Good views at least and ok, but not great otherwise.

I've long believed Davenport need a roof top bar. UP Sky bar did not disappoint. Amazing views, perfect environment, clever cocktails & delicious apps.

There's a great view of the Government Bridge, Lock & Dam system, and Centennial Bridge that cross the Mississippi River. Comfortable seating and good drinks for fun times.

Indoors and outdoors have great views of the locks, dams and skyline. Hostess was super hospitable. Waitstaff was very considerate. Food was overpriced for the quality. I had the $20 ribs. The flavor of the ribs were good, but there was very little meat on the ribs and they were in not particularly tender. I was today years old when I figured out that someone could mess up coleslaw. It was pretty bland and what you could taste was a bit bitter. Don't recommend. Drinks were on point. I had the Black Tie Old Fashioned and really enjoyed it. Most people don't go to a place like this for a good dinner, so now worries. If you're looking for a good place to drink with friends and a view of the city, this does the job well. And if you've had too many to tell whether or not you're eating well, that works in your favor.
