We did not even end up eating. We had called ahead to request a reservation and were told it's first come, first serve. When we arrived, we found a spot for our large family party and asked the staff if it was available. We were told yes and then a staff person cleaned the tables and sat us. After 20 minutes of looking at menus and planning what to order, another staff person came over and told us we could not sit there as it was reserved. We explained we'd been seated there and had called ahead to request a reservation as we were celebrating my mom's birthday. We ended up leaving and spending our money elsewhere. Will not go back.

Went to dinner tonight with my daughter and our family friends none of us had eaten there before so were excited to try it. We arrived around 540 walked didnt know it it was seat yourself or anything because there was no sign a young lady walked by looked at us no hello or anything just said sit wherever and walked away.we sat in a booth and within a few minutes a waitress came to give us menus and ask what we wanted to drink we told her we all wanted waters. She came back with our drinks and took are order around 6. The appetizers came out were pretty good so were excited to try the pizza. A completly diffirent lady brings are friends pizza out and tells me and my daughter they are cutting ares it will be right out. 10 minutes go by still no pizza are waitress comes to tell us they got behind on orders and that ares was in the over and had six minutes. In the meantime are friends are almost done as its now 630ish another 10 minutes goes by and the manager now tells us hes sorry are pizza will be right out 645 still no pizza my daughter finds are waitress who is now avoiding us to forget the pizza we been here over a hour been lied to 3 times by 3 diffirent people were ready to go. She brings are friends their bill drops it on the table and lierally says there. Another 10 minutes goes by she takes are friends card to pay comes back drops a pizza in my daughters face and says here were not gonna do anything with the pizza anyway. Im furious ask to speak to the manager who was one of the ones who lied to us about are food being ready i say ive been in customer service 30 years and this is by far the worst experience i have ever had your staff is rude weve been lied to and you made us feel like a inconvenience he looks at me and says ok. I was speechless by the time we left it was 715 i have never felt so disrespected in my life will never go back and i dont recommend it to anyone

They were awesome! Extremely baby friendly a couple people in our party regretted their order and the fixed it no problem! Also they had trivia which was so fun. We don't usually get to hang out much with 5 kids and a 2 and 1 year old. But they were amazing about the babies.

My service from wise guys yesterday evening has to be the worse ever Every aspect of the order was horrible..First off it took 2 hrs to get my order delivered, then the taco pizza was so over cooked the crust was just starting to char, and no taco sauce packets were included with the pizza. Then the wise guy bread was ordered and stated to only include marinara sauce, and what do I get, only ranch dip. Then to top it all off,it was all cold when I got it.. so you charge almost 50.00 which is overpriced and this is service you give? I will never buy from you again.

The management can't make up thier mind on what they are going to do. Changed buffet hours so many times. When we went the first time because we were told it would be on, there was none. So we gave it another try when the new hours were posted on facebook. Got to the place again and sign on the door said now no buffets. I had just seen it on their Facebook page and now most of their posts on Facebook have been removed. Really it's not wise guys anymore. Sad.

Pizza was mediocre, staff were nice enough but that doesn’t make up for the food. Should’ve stayed Caddy’s, or at least retained the menu in addition to the pizza. Now it’s just meh

I went to Wise Guys Pizza yesterday at 11:40 am yesterday with high hopes of having good food after the business has relocated. I was wrong and had the worst dining experience I have had this entire year. The pizzas on the buffet were cold, and so were the wings. The pizza was not even set up correctly underneath the heating lamps to keep the pizzas got, and the wings didn't even have a heating tray. When I went up to the buffet again to try something else closer to noon, the restaurant didn't even have a single pizza out on the buffet. I left at 12:10 pm, and they only had two pizzas sitting on the buffet.Keep in mind Wise Guys is charging $13 for the lunch buffet, and this does not include a drink which I was charged $2.50 for the drink. You get the entire buffet at Pizza Ranch for cheaper, and that comes with a drink, and you don't have waitresses asking for tips. Pizza Ranch will also make custom requests to order.Whatever fond memories you had of Wise Guys when they existed on 53rd Street, you won't find them again at this new location. Save your money and take your business somewhere like Pizza Ranch that can adequately run a lunch buffet.
