“We stopped here on a drive up NW Iowa and had a great experience. There were no dine-in options available due to COVID-19, but everything else was available. We were able to use the self-service kiosks to order our food and while we were doing so were asked by staff members if we had any questions and they ensured that everything was going well. Once ordered, our food came out quickly and was delivered with a smile. The staff here was exceptional and the food, as always, tasted just as we expected. Bathrooms were also very clean and even had a hook on the bottom of the door allowing you to open in from the inside without touching the handle. Overall, we had a great experience here and have no complaints. This is about as good as we could expect from McDonald's amidst a pandemic.“
“10/10 I counted 40+ cars in their drive-thru and they kept coming. They had atleast 6 employees going car to car taking orders. I wasn't there more then 10 minutes. Exceptional customer service. If that were McDonald's we would've been there for an hour. Couldn't believe how fast they were. The is incredible, definitely the best fast food in town. And there Nebraska Land Burger is one of a kind. Can't get it anywhere else. And it is one of the best burgers I've ever had.
