Good food I was disappointed when I only got one hamburger though

Very disappointed in the service and the sandwich. Ordered well done and it came pink. No wonder they make you pay before you get your food. The waitress wasn't friendly at all and never asked how the food was or nothing. She just sat down and played on her phone. Will be surprised if this place lasts.

I tried this place a few weeks ago and the chicken in my chicken sandwich was ROCK SOLID. Not edible at all. I decided to give it another try and hoped that their burgers would be better than the chicken sandwich. I asked for well done and my burger was nearly raw… super disappointed & will not be eating here again.

300 Burger is one of my favorite burgers in DSM. The burgers are cooked PERFECTLY to temp every single time. My personal fav is The Betty - it has this delicious onion jam - 4.8/5. My second fav is the Bacon BBQ - the flavors are perfectly balanced - 4.5/5. The onion rings are also very tasty and their fry sauce is second to none! I have nothing but great things to say!

Tried 300 burger for the first time tonight because it didn’t look that busy while driving by! I am glad we chose to try it because it’s very delicious! The 2 gals working tonight were very nice and welcoming ? I ordered the BEC burger with sweet potato fries and it’s great! Loved the pickles and sauce too! We plan to come back and try something different on the menu each time. Thanks again!

I had no idea this place opened and was very happy to hear of local burger restaurant within walking distance to where I live. I ordered a cheeseburger with extra cheese, fries, and mac’n’cheese to go on their website.Burger was perfect - meaty, cheesy, tangy with fresh onions & pickles, and a great bun. Fries were amazing as was the fry sauce that came complimentary. Mac & cheese was creamy and delicious especially so considering I picked it up and brought it home. It held the creamy texture but could have used a bit more seasoning in the breadcrumbs. Not complaining though because the cheese sauce made up plenty a flavor.The only comment/observation is that I wish their website included that they offered Coke products. They have a Coke soda fountain as well as cans and bottles to go. But luckily I was able to get one when I picked up my burger.Staff was super friendly and immediately helpful when I picked up my order. I’ll have to dine in sometime to see their service in person.

I went to the grand opening along with a dozen of my co-workers. We had a staff meeting later in the day and we were all talking about the burgers and fries. The fries and sauce at GREAT!! No one felt the burgers were what they expected. They were supposed to be medium (light pink), however, everyone felt they were more medium rare. A few said they couldn't eat the burger. They burgers were ok but not worth the price and probably wouldn't go back. Try it yourself to see if you agree.

When i ordered the food, my first though was that it was overpriced, but when the food came it was clear that it was absolutely worth every penny. Super good burgers and sides. Add the bleu chese, you wont regret it! I will go again as soon as i can!
Stopped by while biking this afternoon and had the Caliente Burger. Very impressed with the service. Food was ready and served very quick. The Sweet Potato Fries were awesome as well. Will definitely be back to try some of their other menu items.

I worked in the service industry for years and this place was down right awful. The food was ok, but way over priced! The kid’s meals don’t come with a side, but you’d have no way of knowing since the app that you order the food through does not give you an option of adding one to the kids meals like it does for the rest of the meals. They don’t fill you water, just bring you a pitcher and glasses. They deliver the food to your table, but don’t return to be sure everything is ok. There is no service at this place! And then, they expect a tip when you pay at the end of your meal through the app. I sure hope the girls working there are making a normal wage and not a servers wage. We are usually big tippers, but not tonight. Totally not worth the money.

Tried for the first time today…ordered food for the staff and did carry out. The food was fantastic. Word of caution, though…they forgot stuff in the order. I went back in for the one item I realized was missing and they quickly made it for me and apologized. However, still got back to the business and realized a second item was also missing that had been paid for. Check your orders!
