Michelle and the Baratta's staff did a great job at our wedding! Michelle was so kind and communicative during the planning process. She was quick to respond to emails and showed a high level of experience and professionalism that made us feel comfortable. The food itself was great! We had the bourbon glazed pork and chicken amaggio with vegetables and a potato croquette. Their staff did a nice job serving our guests (we had about 170 people!).

Baratta's catered our wedding meal last week and I'm still dreaming of the smoked chicken pasta and beef tenderloin. I can confidently say that they exceeded our expectations in every way. We hosted a small wedding with just 40 guests, but the Michelle and the team made it feel like a grand affair. From the very beginning, Baratta's professionalism and attention to detail stood out. They took the time to meet with us for a taste testing, which allowed us to customize the menu to our liking. On the day of the wedding, the food was served on time before the ceremony, stayed warm, and was absolutely delicious. It was clear that the caterer used only the freshest ingredients and cooked each dish to perfection. They even made a special meal for my BIL that has a strict dietary restriction. But it wasn't just the quality of the food that impressed us; it was the entire experience. The staff was attentive, courteous, and accommodating to our guests' needs. They worked seamlessly to ensure that everything ran smoothly, and they even took care of the setup and cleanup, leaving us free to enjoy our special day. Overall, we would highly recommend Baratta's to anyone looking to host an event. They truly served up the best food we have ever had, and their attention to detail and professionalism made our wedding day unforgettable. Baratta’s is one of our favorite local restaurants so when it came time to choose catering for our wedding, it was a no-brainer! We served our guests chicken amaggio, smoked chicken pasta, potato croquettes, green beans, and carved turkey and they raved all night and into the next week about how great the food was. Each of our food options were specifically mentioned by name by our guests, so you really can’t go wrong. I’ve been to lots of weddings in the area and can confidently say we had the best food of all of the local weddings we’ve been to. The food stayed hot long enough for every one of our 130 guests to eat! Michelle Dodds was so great to work with and made our catering experience stress free. I’d you’re thinking about having Baratta’s cater your event, this is your sign to do it!!

Baratta's catered my class reunion and knocked it out of the park. We chose a few appetizers, and Michelle helped us select alternatives given that our event was outside. The team showed up promptly, set up, and were ready for the crowd. Of course, the food was exceptional. It was a great night thanks to Baratta's.

We entered the large parking lot and expected to wait a half hour for a table but were surprisingly seated after about 5 minutes. Hostess was friendly and welcoming. Temperature was cool inside which was nice considering the heat and humidity outside. Bus boy brought waters and bread with butter immediately. My daughters loved the bread and gobbled it down. Our waitress had recommendations on appetizers and entrees. We went with her recommendation of the spin artichoke dip. It came out in a huge portion with hot and crisp pita chips and small toasted bread. Taste was great. We didn't even finish the appetizer when our soup and salad was brought out. I tried the house creamy parm. Also delicious! I drank the Saturday night special sangria and it was so refreshing and fruity. My order of the chicken carbonara did not disappoint. Loved the bacon flavor and the white sauce. Took half of it home to reheat for lunch tomorrow. Kiddos liked their pizza and cavatelli. We skipped the dessert tray as we were stuffed and not wanting the temptation. Service was great, water was refilled, and dishes were cleared timely. Glad we tried this not so new place outside of our neck of the woods!

I went here for a corporate dinner back in March and was not impressed. Bland appetizers. My spaghetti bolognese, which was probably the most vanilla item ordered at our whole table, came out a good 5-10 minutes after everyone else's food did. Very awkward just sitting there watching everyone else eat. My bowl of pasta was also extremely watery - like they knew they were behind with my food and didn't properly strain the noodles. As for the good, the lemon cake was great, tasty frosting and was a nice end to the meal.

My wife and I had dinner there last night. She had a seafood pasta which she enjoyed. I ordered the tenderloin and baked potato and was served the "tenderloin Duburgo" which was sitting in a pool of olive oil (is this an Italian version?), topped with sautéed garlic. Instead of a plain tenderloin, which was frustrating because we had asked about it and I clearly told the waitress "nope". The baked potato was like warm. All for $45. Disappointing at best.
