The super rude white cashier guy gave me three hamburgers that I didn't order and he also charged them when I asked him to change my order, he kicked me out of the place supposedly because the manager was very rude and had bad service

Waited 15 minutes in drive thru, as I addressed the wait asking for my money back. As I see the girl jacking around before hand. Was told your food is setting here. As it had been. Saying money back isn't an option. Taking my food, was told I didn't have to return. No personal accountability just an attitude. I hope the manager sees this and takes actions.

This Burger King is constantly understaffed and struggling to find help. Most people working there are working their butts off trying to keep up. Management or Ownership needs to increases wages or find out what is driving away workers. Didn't go for 6 months because of the wait in drive thru and I tried again today and there were 9 cars just sitting there waiting for help. Don't respond to this review saying it will be forwarded to the management team, instead actually pay your workers a living wage and you may find that staffing your business isn't as hard as you thought.

Every time I go to this Burger King, I don't get what I ordered/paid for. Employees are rude. Drive thru was very slick. Ordered Whoppers with no onions and they took the Whoppers from the bin and removed the onions? Could still taste them? I also ordered two plan patties for my fur babies, was charged for two Whopper Jrs but, didn't get them.

I work with middle school students and on a field trip we stopped at this BK for our dinner. We called ahead to place our order for about 30 people for pick up and we were so impressed with our experience. This BK had each meal in individual bags that were labeled, everyone got what they ordered, and the staff was particularly helpful and friendly. Frankie and Raven in particular went above and beyond to make our stop a joy. Thank you so much and if we have more field trips that come through Des Moines, we will be sure to stop here again.Vegetarian options: We stopped at BK because we were with a large group. The impossible whopper was great for our vegetarians.

I came walking in the lobby at 11:04 a.m on 11/09/2023 the store manager Frankie looked at me and turned her back on me while she was standing bye the fry station just standing there doing absolutely nothing while she was just standing there talking to some guy employee she refused service to me and turned her back on me and the guy employee just stood there and did nothing I used to work at that location over a year ago and she always has a nasty attitude towards people especially customers and she gets way with how she treats her employees and this is why she has a high turn over rate and can’t keep nobody around
