I’ve had issues before where their pumps run painfully slow (regardless of the weather conditions). My final visit to this location ended with a faulty pump not dispensing any E85 fuel. I moved to another pump, same issue. Opted for E15 instead, pump dispensed less than 2 gallons over 5 minutes. Cars pulled up on both sides of me at neighboring pumps and were able to get more than 7 gallons of regular fuel in the time I pumped less than 2 gallons. I went inside to let the cashier know their pumps were acting up, and he stared at me blankly before saying he thought they ran out of fuel, and it’s been happening all day. If an issue has been happening all day, shouldn’t you get a maintenance crew in to resolve it? Instead, the pumps were open for business but not functioning for those of us who use flex fuel. The only saving grace for this visit was Sandy who tried to get the issue solved to the best of her abilities. Props to Sandy. The rest of the staff here are clueless.

Usually this is a good location and I don't have problems but today this was not the case. Stopped in around 2pm on 11-19. They had prepared food in the cooler that expired yesterday. I go to grab pizza instead and the warmer is completely empty while the 3 employees in the kitchen where all working on what looked like an order for a couple standing there. The atmosphere was very different and not welcoming like it usually is.

I ordered a taco pizza. The dough was not done, still doughy. I ordered wings with BBQ sauce and got round chicken pieces slightly burnt with no sauce.Terrible experience!!

Store is not capable or trained to fully operate a POS system, I’ve never seen a $10 sale have so much shenanigans to get nowhere I just left
Decided to try one last time ordering pizza here on 9-17. Ordered once before, a taco and a cheese pizza. Last time sent was sent a burnt stale sausage pizza and a stale cheese. This order, ordered a taco and a cheese pizza, and as you would guess, wrong again. This time I was sent an undercooked sausage and a pepperoni pizza. I don't understand why it seems to be so difficult to check the order and make sure that it is correct. Going into the store isn't much better as the selection is abysmal at best, and everything there looks to have been there a very long time, dry and stale looking. Unfortunately, this is the last time that I'm going to give this store a chance.

OI placed my app order# 088980229 for one beef pizza with veggies, chicken wings, and brownie bites at 7:45 p.m. The door dash driver only delivered the pizza and the wings after 9 p.m. When I ask if they have the brownies and showed them the receipt, the driver said it was not with the order. But she said she was going back to the store, and pick it up. It's 9:55 p.m., and the last pert of the order was not received. I sent a complaint to Casey's online. I will be Goin back to to store tomorrow to either pick up what I ordered or get a refund.This is happens more often than I like. Also, then I call the store, the phone messaging system is horrible, you can't get a person or a voicemail!

Bought 4 pizzas from here and 3 of them where under cooked. When we called to say something about it we were told that nobody else complained about it.... Only offered to replace 1 of our pizzas.

Called to order a pizza at Night and it was like talking too little kids. The employees where clueless about the simplest order I was trying to place then started acting rude and hung up on me. .I'll never call this store again
