I ordered food thru door dash.. watched 1.5 hrs .. I called . They hung up.. I called after 2 hours.. they do their own deliveries do you cant complain thru door dash or get a refund .. the lady at the restaurant told me to call Uber eats and cancel your order.I have no refund and no food.. this was the most ridiculous place ever !!!!

Please do NOT eat here. Placed an order online at 8:40pm for delivery. Didn’t receive it by 9:30 so called them because they close at 10. They asked how the order was placed and didn’t even realize we placed the order in the first place. Called at 10:08 to cancel the food, was hung up on after requesting a refund and stating to cancel the delivery. Received the food at 10:25, after calling them twice and being told “it’s on the way”. Food arrived, wasn’t even correct. Driver requested a tip, you’re kidding right? Called to request a refund and was told we’d get back $17 of our $54 order. Whatever. Then they called us back and said if we want full refund “we’re going to come get the food”. Fine by me. Called and they said they couldn’t do a refund tonight, have to do it tomorrow. Highly doubt I’ll see any refund. Terrible customer service. Never going back.

There is very very little meat in the sesemi chicken. Out of the meal, there was an equivalent of 4-5 nuggets. They also forgot to bring the food while we waited for like an hour. Then didn't bring half the food, then hung up when confronted.

If I could give zero stars I would... I placed an order and called after an hour. The lady had no clue what was going on. I called back and they said it was on its way. Never ordering here again... let’s just hope the food is worth the wait or will be bringing it back for a refund.

Food is good but will not order from here again. I called at 5:13pm for dinner delivery order. Girl took my order fine and said 70-75 minutes for order to get to my place. I said no thanks that’s too long. She said when would you want it by? I said if you can have it here by 6pm I would keep my order. She says no problem I’ll call my driver and tell him. Then she pushed for getting my credit card info to complete the order.6:15pm rolls around, I call back get the same girl on phone. She confirmed my order and address and says yes it was estimated to be 70-75 minutes. I reminded her she said 6pm. She acted like that conversation never took place and said the driver was in my neighborhood. I told her I would cancel my order if not here in next 10 mins. She said good bye and that was end of call.6:32pm comes, over the original 75 mins estimate, I call a 3rd time and request to cancel order as this time I am already on to plan B of frozen pizza for my 3 kids. She tries everything not for me to cancel, puts me on hold for 3 minutes and says ok order is canceled and refunded. I say thanks.3 mins later, guys shows up with the food. I tell him already canceled order. He politely told me to take it anyways and apologized for being so late. That was nice but at that point didn’t really want it as we had other food going and the delivery food was not hot and fresh either.Here we are 6 days later and I am still charged full price. Never ordering from this place again.

Mediocre Chinese- the crab Rangoon were pretty good, but come on. I ordered Empire Chicken, it was not spicy as the suggested. The sauce was thick and sticky, as if it was over cooked. The breading on the chicken, fell off- soggy. Beef and mushrooms had good flavor. But everything was cold! No steamed rice, it was sticky cold rice. Really disappointed. This was a new place to try for us- and a last try for us.

Good food but charge $1.75 for an online convenience fee when you order and $5 delivery fee when they bring the food. If you try and call to order takeout they tell you they're not the fleur drive location, they're actually located on E 14th and google is wrong. When I asked for the correct phone number for fleur drive they said they dont know it, the restaurants aren't owned by the same person.

Had a flyer from them for delivery. They were terrible. Had trouble paying with a credit card online. Called to do so and they ended up hanging up on us. Food took an hour and a half. When we called to find out where it was they said a manager took care of online orders and would call us back. Never did. Called again and they ended up hanging up on us again. The food finally came and was average at best especially the got and sour soup. We threw the flyer away.

Food is great! Service for online ordering and delivery is horrible. If you have any issue or question about your order you have to wait for someone to call you back. Apparently, staff cannot relay any messages! If something is missed in your order good luck trying to get it. You will call talk with someone for 10 minutes and just be blown off. Delivery takes 90 minutes or more. If you want their food, go in, order it, and take it with you.

I placed a 57 dollar order and it was suppose to include 3 eggs rolls and 3 cans of soft drinks and 2 sides of Chinese rice. Everything mentioned was missing so I called to ask why it wasnt put in the bag and I was called a liar and then they called me back 3 times to argue with me. Worst customer service and they are theives.
