I’ve worked at 3 Chick-Fil-A’s. I’ve worked front and back of house. I’m not saying that every Chick-Fil-A is perfect but I’ve never had an experience like I’ve had today. I walked into Chick-Fil-A because I saw that the drive through was extremely busy. I figured that I could cut some time off of my order if I went in and ordered. I put my order in at the front and waited at the pick up sign. I waited and waited for my food. 12 minutes into waiting a worker delivered me my chocolate shake. The shake was 70% full. I was disappointed that I didn’t get the other 30% of the shake that I paid for. I awaited eagerly to get the rest of my food. 6 minutes later my bag of food got to me. I was disappointed during my 18 minutes of standing at the pick up sign, nobody asked me if they could get anything when I was waiting and I wasn’t the only person waiting. 18 minutes to get my food is disheartening. I believe that Chick-Fil-A is a great company but I don’t think I would recommend this location.

Always have a wonderful fast food experience at this Chick-fil-A. Food was hot, fast, and correct. They were very busy, but total time in drive thru was still under 4 minutes. The only problem I have is that it is in fact "My pleasure" Chick-fil-A! Keep up the exceptional service and quality food!
The nicest people I have ever encountered in a drive thru. Thank you for improving my day! Will be back probably 1,000 times.

Our food was Outstanding! It was Freshly cooked and the Staff were Polite and Professional!Kid-friendliness: All the kids there were having fun. Books are set on tables for them to read. For the kids , it seemed like it was a Favorite or Special Stop for them!

This was my first visit and most likely my last. The line in the drive thru was super long so we decided to go inside. The wait to order inside wasn't long but the wait for the food was. Once the food arrived it tasted like they hadn't changed the oil in their fryer in quite some time and the fries were mushy.
