Had the buffet with creamy pesto tortellini, chicken, roast beef with horseradish sauce, mashed potatoes, rolls, salad. Also since we had over 100 people they included the bruschetta station at mh cocktail hour. They cut the cake for us and also has a great coffee bar for dessert time. Only regret is that i didnt grab seconds before they were done for the night. Communication went great with peter and i had all questions answered in a timely matter. All of my guests also loved the food. Now when people talk about my wedding they always say the food was great. Definitely want to use them again in the future.

We had glowing reviews about the food at our wedding! Everyone loved the butter board and passed appetizers. Dinner was served smoothly and they cut and plated our cake for guests. The communication with them was the least stressful part of the whole planning process from trying the samples to day of.

They were always very responsive and answered all of the questions we would email over throughout our wedding planning process. The staff at the wedding reception were very polite and were managing the tables with drink refills and removal of dirty dishes frequently. The food is also amazing! For our tasting they gave us PLENTY of food which made it easy to pick our menu. Their food was wonderful and we recieved many compliments from our guests. They were also great with food restrictions. My vegan friends told me this was the best catered meal they had ever had!

I write this with all the facts provided. 1. Setting up was very stressful to the crew. They were frustrated by the placement of things the party had set up. 2. Food: some food like "hot" meat was room temperature. 3. Dessert: the couple had requested a few plates for their small cake. This request was denied and a large disruption was made. Patiently waiting another server gave me a few plastic plates. Much of the food was ok. We look forward to future improvements to service and warmth!
