Got ourselves an Oreo Blizzard and a Confetti Cake dipped cone. Ice cream was yummy, but it was cold by the time we got it....Good service, just super busy. Parking/Drive-thru is difficult, otherwise it was a good visit.

When we enter no one greeted us, I wish you guys can see the look on my face when the lady was making my ice cream and grab the brownies with her bare hands. Friend was denied “candy” on top of sundae cuz they DONT do that?!?!SINCE WHEN?! && the young 17 yr old at the drive through was offended because she felt disrespected when we questioned her statement for “no candy on sundaes?!Won’t return.

Wow. I came here to leave a review about poor customer service, but i almost don't have to. I am not surprised by their single star. Just a heads up they're " not allowed to put a scoop of candy on your ice-cream dish/sundae". I have not heard of anything more ridiculous. Especially since my child has been ordering it that way for 4+ years. Have y'all not heard of up charges? They suggested i take my business down the road, so i did. Got exactly what I wanted with a smile and a thank you for my patronage. Save your time go to the one on Grand.

Got my order horribly wrong, overfilled my blizzard that when I opened it, it went everywhere over my son. Will not be going back, incompetent at the most, and unlistening at the least.
