Ice cream is good I got an ice cream cake that was made exceptionally well the customer service representative was very nice and helpful nice clean place recommend visiting the dairy Queen if you want to clean decently priced ice cream

This place never has chocolate ice cream. Not sure if it's their machine or what. But for the past 2 months they've been out.No lights out front. The place looks closed but for the one open sign in the window. My husband and I both ordered Brownie and Oreo Cupfection. It amounted to a couple tablespoons of "icy" ice cream, a lot of oreo pieces and the brownie was so hard and stale that neither of us could eat it. They were also out of the marshmallow that was supposed to be on it as well as the chocolate syrup. This is the second time we've been to this location. We won't be back.

Been here a few times and it’s 50/50 if I get the right thing which I honestly am not that upset about.Came tonight while they’re open and stood here for 10 minutes with no one ever coming to the front. Once I left, then I saw two teenagers come up to the front so that’s lovely. Smelt terribly of BO when I walked in. Just bummed overall.

As I walked in I was greeted with happy workers it immediately made me feel at home. As I was taking my order they politely asked about my allergy to which I was honest with them. I was truly respected but their courtesy and I will forever be grateful for my trip to dq
