The pizzas are actually really tasty! The place was super busy, so service was a little slow but it was great service! A lot of arcade games and the prizes aren’t terrible.

At 128 dB it was as loud as a jet afterburner runway. I put in 32dB earplugs and it still was so loud I had to wait outside for the seat. Even with a reservation it took an hour and a half to be seated. The Mushroom and Swiss burger should not have mayo on it. The tomato drips water when you turn the burger on its side. You can't hear the person beside you without shouting. The food was way overpriced with a $120 bill on top of a $126 gaming bill for 2 kids. We won't be back.

We ordered hamburgers they came burnt and very thin. Daughter had pizza it had no sauce on it was just bread and cheese. Our service was terrible waitress forgot who ordered what. 2 of the kids got their drinks the other one waited 15 min for an apple juice. Didn’t offer refills. It was so loud I couldn’t even hear the waitress. The games were over priced 7 dollars and up. A kid couldn’t find his mom so I took him to the front and they didn’t even know what to do. Chuck E. Cheese is better.

Carlos was the best server! Refilled drinks without being asked. Gave us suggestions on food and drinks. Very wonderful personality and so genuine. I was a server for 16 years and always notice wonderful service! Games are so fun and our family had a blast. Honestly places such as this are not normally places that have wonderful food. We have been there twice now and ate dinner as well and both times the food was amazing!

We had a wonderful experience! They were amazing with accommodation to a larger group with special needs kids! We enjoyed it and it wasn't to overwhelming for our special needs kiddos!
We as a company which was Iowa home Care had an outing at Dave & Buster's. The servers were absolutely excellent and the accommodations were quite nice. We had a very good time as a group, hopefully we'll go back

I took my husband and 2 kids amd we had a great time. It's a bit pricey but that's to be expected when you go out to play games and goof around. Everyone was very nice and the kids were super happy being silly. If you are looking for a fun dinner with children I recommend this!

I came here as part of Mollys Cupcakes and I had such an AMAZING time! The service was impeccable. Christa*, our server was so attentive and patient with our big group, she was so kind throughout the entire night. The manager John* was the best part of the night. He was so wonderful and extremely kind! I have nothing but amazing things to say about how genuinely kind he was to all of us. I would go back for the customer service alone. It truly made my night all the better with our kind everyone was, especially coming from others who work in food service. Thank you for being an amazing team to our crazy bunch!*I am not 100% certain on names*
